Poor
Pros:

Location and staff were friendly

Cons:

The rooms were dated and the hot water wasn’t hot very Luke warm. We did complain but they didn’t correct it
During the night we had someone down stairs banging on the doors at 2:30am and took along time for someone to deal with it.

Cons:

The mattresses need replacing. I have stayed here for the last 5 years on the same weekend for a bike race. I had the same issue last year but forgot about it and rebooked, then the second i laid down to sleep remembered how bad the mattresess are thru use - they are simply worn out OR if not cheap.

I now wont stay again until this is resolved - my friend also racing bikes last weekend had the same feedback upstairs.

This facility is otherwise excellent - hopefully this can be resolved.

Pros:

Staff, location.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable couldn't sleep and had aches from this. Seats on balcony were very uncomfortable too. Room wasn't cleaned daily which made it difficult as only option for washing up was bathroom which feels really unhygienic with toilet in room. Ironing board also poor quality and hard to use.
