It was a relaxing stay, enjoying the pool and local restaurants.
Pros:

It was a small casual hotel no overcrowding and no crazy parties.

Cons:

The only disappointing factor was that there was no lift and the stairs were quite steep especially when carrying luggage up and down. Also there was no safe to lock up jewellery purse and wallet while we were down by the pool

Great location and hotel.
Pros:

Great location, small but lovely rooms and great facilities. Bikes are available/surf boards available/a nice swimming pool and a tennis court. It was a hot day and a staff member offered us icy poles by the pool which was a nice touch. The staff are excellent. You can walk to any shop/restaurant and 10min walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy stay in the outer heart of Byron
Pros:

The room was excellent, clean and with very comfy beds. The bathroom is spacious and there is everything to have a cosy breakfast or drink on the balcony.

Cons:

There is a big construction on the other side of the road in case you have a room facing the street instead of the pool. And still, the noise did not disturb our sleep :)

This was such a splendid stay!
Pros:

The room is super luxurious, the bed like a marshmallow cloud and the bicycles were ever so tempting (next time). Friendly staff too!

Friendly and accommodating staff but does have some issues.
Pros:

Very helpful staff in a lovely area of Byron Bay.
My travel agent ( travel bag) messed up booking as only booked a queen room.
Staff did everything put in a rollway ( at cost).
No lifts so be wary if have limited mobility.
No restaurant or bar but the caravan Jimmys is ok for breakfast.
Free bikes were good.
