Clean, Gorgeous, Close to town & Lovely staff!
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and able to accommodate us. It was super close to town which was great as we were visiting friends and family. Availability re: check in & check out times. Best service I have had at a hotel in a long time. 10/10. I wanted to use the heated pool & jacuzzi but ran out of time :'(

Cons:

Literally the only thing I could think to complain about is the cost, but comparatively it is still excellent. If you are thinking about booking here do it - I was a local for 20 years and was super impressed.

Had a great birthday trip!
Pros:

Absolutely loved the hotel, it was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Also love that so many facilities are included like jacuzzi, pool, tennis court, and complimentary bikes and surfboards. Loved that the hotel welcomed us with complementary champagne for my birthday, and gave us a free late checkout as well. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Nothing, it was absolutely fantastic.

Cosy and clean stay walking distance to town with great hospitality
Pros:

Has been tastefully renovated, especially the bathrooms. Beds were really comfy. Staff were lovely and super helpful. It’s a 2 minute walk to Woolies and some great restaurants. Easy walk to town.

Cons:

Needed something to heat food (microwave or air fryer).
