Please note that Hotel Laguna is a 3-story complex and there is no elevator.
We have a 3% charge for Amex & Diners Cards and 1.5% for all other cards.
Please be advised that during May/June, there are some renovations in the Hastings St and riverside during the week days and there may be some disturbance. Management will do all possible to minimize this issue.
Fresh towels are available at a small cost and these services can be booked at reception.

Beach Towels are also available for hire during your stay. Please contact reception for more information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean when we arrived and very spacious. I love that there was two balcony's and you could choose whether you want a river view or pool view. The location is perfect on Hasting's street at the end so you are close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle at the other end. It is also very close to the beach.

Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights and not once did we get any cleaning services. We had to use the same towels for 7 days and considering how much you pay for this place, you'd expect to at least have a clean 1 day and some fresh towels half way through the stay. We also had to pay $5 for a beach towel which once again for the price you pay, it should be provided.
