Please note that Hotel Laguna is a 3-story complex and there is no elevator.
We have a 3% charge for Amex & Diners Cards and 1.5% for all other cards.
Please be advised that during May/June, there are some renovations in the Hastings St and riverside during the week days and there may be some disturbance. Management will do all possible to minimize this issue.
Fresh towels are available at a small cost and these services can be booked at reception.

Beach Towels are also available for hire during your stay. Please contact reception for more information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Value for money was another plus as most accom in Hastings Street is very pricey
Pros:

I loved the location as it is right in Hastings St but at the quiet end. The room exceeded my expectations. Very fresh beach feel with lovely views over the river.
Tony was an excellent host and accommodated our early check in and late check out. The pool and BBQ area was lovely with comfy loungers by the pool. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again🤗

Lovely property in a great location!

Cons:

Our rooms weren’t serviced at all and we were there for 4 nights. WiFi was also a little unreliable as well as the AC, but apart from that it was great.

Great location but didn't feel value for money
Pros:

Great location. Nice pool area.

Cons:

Bed not comfy. Couldn't swing a cat in the bathroom. Staff not friendly on arrival. Could have better room facilities, pool towels etc.

All in all we had a lovely time at Hotel Laguana
Pros:

Hotel Laguana is well located very convenient to Hastings Street, the beach and the river. The pool area is small but protected from the wind and passing visitors. The rooms are fresh and well appointed.

Cons:

Can be noisy at night as it is very close to the restaurant's and bars. The toaster was useless for hot cross buns and it tripped the electrical breaker twice?? Maybe some quality appliances might help
