Great apartment in a perfect location. We would stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely apartment with all the amenities needed and good size balcony. Great air conditioning in the apartment with the addition of mesh screen doors. Bonus of having a specified park for each unit. The apartment we were in had its own garage. We would request the same apartment again, pool view and afternoon sun on the balcony.
Excellent location being at the wharf end of Moololalaba,, a few minute's walk from the wharf, main street and beach with restaurants and cafes almost across the road. Supermarket easy walk too.
Safe and secure complex
Nice sized clean pool which we made good use of.
Great communication from the property manager

Cons:

Nothing to not like.
Note the complex doesn't have lifts and we were up on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem for us but if stairs are an issue I advise you request a lower floor apartment.
