Better stay for the price
Pros:

Outstanding customer service. Super clean room nice breakfast. Close to food and shopping. The price for the quality of hotel was outstanding

Great stay !
Pros:

Excellent stop , stayed in the King Deluxe room . This hotel has great prices the beds and linens were very nice. The water pressure and toiletries were excellent The furniture was new and so was the lighting . Breakfast was very good and the little touches of add ons at the breakfast bar were great. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable place with hot and cold breakfast options. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Indoor Pool looked clean and inviting! Definitely recommend this place!

Incredible location met all our needs
Pros:

What a pleasant surprise This was the first time we stayed at a Wingate and if their other properties are anywhere similar will quickly become a favorite. Check in and out was seamless. Clerk was very polite and helpful. We require handicap access and we amazed at their version. The washroom amenities were fabulous. There was. a surprising number of USB and other electric outlets in the room. We had nothing that didn’t meet our expectations

Very clean room, & breakfast area. Friendly staff. The facet leaked in bathtub. I let the lady know at checkout.

The room was very clean and the breakfast room as well. A little trouble with the waffle maker but it was fixed. Hot water was warm. Otherwise good

Everyone I encountered was very nice. As for the hotel itself, it was kind of dirty. Sheets still had old stains. Mold in tub. Shower was hard to use. Kitchen sink wasn't working. Our first room was infested with ants. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room free of charge. Our new room had a couple ants but we just dealt with it at that point. Seen big bugs on the walls. There was just a lot going on.

Great time
Pros:

Nice and clean, decent breakfast. Good location for getting to several sights in north Kentucky and Cincinnati. Went to the zoo, freedom center, aquarium, creation museum, and ark.
