Pros:

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are lovely and clean and the location is perfect if you're visiting London. The breakfast was tasty too, what more can you ask for?
We will definitely stay here again :)

Surpris de manière positive
Pros:

Malgré des avis Google et une note désastreuse, il ne faut pas s'y fier. Ou alors ce n'est plus d'actualité. J'ai trouvé un logement avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les espaces communes et les chambres sont très propres et modernes. La literie est de qualité, l'accueil très flexible, le parking facile d'accès et gratuit, l'emplacement est plutot correct et dans un quartier calme. Il y a des bouteilles d'eau et une machine à café à disposition gratuitement dans l'entrée. L'arrivée se fait de manière autonome et sécurisé avec un code digital. Le petit déjeuner était également très bien et de bonne qualité.
J'ai vraiment été surpris en bien je ne m'attendais pas du tout à cela pour un prix aussi accessible, je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Pas de miroir dans la salle de bain
La température soit glacée ou soit brulante de la douche avec un débit très faible
la salle de petit déjeuner un peu petit bien qu'on nous ait rapidement trouvé une place

Lovely quiet area within great reach of London, good value as breakfast included and room comfy and clean

The location is brilliant 6-7 min walk to the tube. Very safe and lovely area. Very quiet

Cons:

Could’ve done with a few extras like a bedside table. A shelf or something in bathroom for your toothbrushes etc and a small wardrobe or rail to hang things

Overall all though very good stay

Great location, staff, service & parking. Let down only by size of bedroom and inadequate bathroom.
Pros:

Great location for attending an event in Islington. Quiet area. Hotel had a rear car park which was free. Hard to find in north London.. code entry to hotel and room was simple and worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Good cooked breakfast included in price. Friendly helpful staff. Free coffee machine in central area was a great touch. I would recommend the hotel for short stay in London. Around 15mins walk to bus and tube access.

Cons:

I cannot recommend staying in room 13 ! Can't comment on other rooms, but ours was very small and felt cramped. There were 4 search lights in the ceiling, but no smaller side light for evening use. Also a lack of bedside tables so nowhere to put a drink, etc. Only one electrical socket. Unfortunately the bathroom was even smaller and difficult to use due to lack of space. Not suitable for a person with any mobility difficulties.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Easy check-in, clean throughout, bed was comfy if you like a firmer mattress. Location was great, only a 15 minute walk to the O2 forum Kentish town. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Room was a little small but honestly for the price/location that's fine. Only one plug socket in the room, but it did have additional USB charging ports.

Buen descanso y estancia adecuada.
Pros:

Fueron muy amables cuando llegamos antes del check in y nos ofrecieron guardar las maletas y dejarlas en la habitación cuando estuviera limpia. Además nos ofrecieron bebidas de cortesía, café, té, etc, disponibles para los huéspedes en todo momento.
El desayuno era pequeño, pero estaba bien. Es un punto poder salir ya desayunados del hotel. Además, en un espacio tan pequeño estaba bien surtido.
Las camas eran bastante cómodas y calentitas. Y los baños reformados recientemente.

Cons:

A mejorar, la presión y temperatura de la ducha, que hubiera algún armario o mobiliario para dejar las maletas y la ropa bien colocada.
El baño es un poco pequeño y no se puede dejar el neceser.
Algo más de variedad en el desayuno.
Mejorar la comunicación por mensajes.

Pros:

Charlie Hotel is in a really great location. It is very close to cafes, bars, and pizzerias. The staff are friendly and welcoming, too. The leafy, lovely street it is on (and the streets around it) is full of heritage, character homes. The included breakfast is also great value. The room we had was also perfect for two people.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Would recommend for short stays.
Pros:

Good location, short walk from the tube station. Comfortable bed, decent space for the three of us staying at the hotel. Price was great, free coffee and water provided too.

Cons:

Shower didn't fully work properly, the pressure was quite low and water was very hot even when mixing with cold. No mirror in bathroom also which was a bit odd.

Pokoj čistý, okolí hotelu bezpečné. Moc oceňuji kávovar u hlavních dveří, káva i horká čokoláda byly dobré.

Cons:

V pokoji nebyl žádný stůl, skříň, ani háčky na oblečení.Cena za tento malý pokoj byla stejná, jako za větší vedlejší pokoj, kde byl stůl.
U snídaně bych ocenila trochu zeleniny.
Nebylo možné odhlásit snídani a snížit cenu za poslední noc, kdy jsme odjížděli už v 3:15 ráno.

Pros:

Chambrel très propre lit confortable. Pas de réception mais personnel disponible et adorable. Ils nous ont aidé quand nous avions eu un soucis avec la chambre. Quartier calme et agréable

Cons:

La distance du métro est de 13 min à pieds et il n'y a rien près de l'hôtel car quartier résidentiel. Il n'y pas de télévision dans la chambre (pas grave pour nous) et pas d'ascenseur mais ça aussi pas très grave. Pas de mitigeur pour la douche : difficile de régler la temperature de l'eau
