If you’re traveling to beautiful Petoskey spend the extra money and stay a night or two at the Perry. Classic and well maintained, the Perry has you in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the glorious Petoskey waterfront. Have stayed there several times and always want to go back. Great staff never disappoints!

Pros:

Very nice stay, hotel is pretty and classic with a few blemishes. 1. Long wait for breakfast seating, due to short staffing. 2. Onion smell from breakfast permeated our room in the early morning. 3. Toilet flush was absurdly loud, fortunately not often!

The Perry was a perfect stay….5 star rate for 3 star price….breakfasts were very good with many choices…ate at Noggin twice and food & service were excellent. Nice added: popcorn while we waited for meal.
Accomodation including parking were all very good!
Can’t wait till next time in area to book this hotel!

We brought our bikes on our vacation and it was very nice that the hotel would store them. The room was lovely; somehow we got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The garden was a beautiful place to watch the evening sunsets. The wait staff for breakfast were amazing, friendly and top notch. When we first arrived at the hotel we chose to stay close and eat dinner downstairs at the Pub. There was one waitress that did not live up to the usual standards of the hotel. It left a poor first impression, but the rest of our stay was amazing!
