Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, parking area well lit, and all outside doors required key access to enter. We felt very safe at this location.

It's not the newest hotel in the area, but I got to say it's clean, the staff was nice and the room was really comfortable. I slept like a baby.

I had no problem finding where to park.

I'd would definitely stay here again.

Kenwood suites is and always will be one of my favorite hotels to stay at Great hotel for the price staff's always polite and courteous it's always clean and it has great perks!

Air conditioning wall unit was loud. ... and old. In-wall fan that feeds cool air to the bedroom from the living room was also very loud... and bedroom never got cool enough. Need to get a central AC unit.

Entrance looked like a service entrance. Staff wasn't very friendly. I would not stay there again.

Worst experience I have had in months. The front did not have any extra towels during our 2 night stay, upon check in Friday night the front desk clerk was definately not the personality to greet guests. I asked him what was around for dinner and he told me "check out the coupons by the tv" that was in the lobby. Every front desk clerk should be able to recommend a few decent restaurants in the area based on the tupe of food and quality of food. Now the room was crap also. The bathroom sink did not drain, a hole in the sheetrock by the recliner and never had maid service to at least make the bed and get rid of the dirty towels once I finally rounded up clean ones. I miss the good old days having your room cleaned and made up fresh everyday. Definately would not be staying here again.

We had a 2 night stay/ Price was good, place as clean and comfortable, space just right.

the sink in the bath drained very slowly. Maintenance was gone for the day and they didn't send them the next day.
no ice was available at the property.

The property needs remodeling as far as new carpet and get ready of the cooking because of the smells
And keep the A/C going in the hallways .

Appreciate the value of having a kitchen and complimentary laundry

Bathroom tub filthy and broken covered walls with hair never cleaned properly dust on all cabinets and fridge - Stevie Wonder is cleaning this room good for you on hiring the disabled but will never stay here again

The stay here for my nephew was excellent! Special Thanks to Ms. Shay and the Manager Ms. Tyeshia! They were always welcoming, respectful and kind. The hotel was clean and safe!

Friendly staff and comfortable room. The hallways are dated and need updating.

I've stayed here twice now and both times were ok. The two gripes that I have are 1) turning into/out of the parking lot onto the frontage road is difficult to say the least. It can be very dangerous. 2) I respect the fact that some folks like to cook in their rooms because eating out is expensive * but* with several different rooms cooking several different meals the hallways smell very unpleasant at times and the odors make it into my room. Something should be done about this.
On the plus side, the room was clean,the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The hotel staff was very pleasant as well.
