Great hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view I was given was excellent. Turkish bath was excellent with Dilek and Ömer (the porter) is exceptionally helpful making check-in a breeze. The restaurant food is delicious. Overall, it was a great stay. The only issue I encountered was the broken shower head. I reported the problem to reception during check out.

The area around the hotel is vibrant
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Yunus. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and kind. Thank you, Yunus, for your outstanding service — you truly made our stay special.
A big thank you as well to all the hotel staff for their excellent service. This definitely won’t be our last visit.

It good place to stay in nice location and good staff behavior
The usual warm welcome and reception from the hotel’s operations staff — Younes is a great example of an employee who knows how to make a guest prefer this place over others, despite the hotel’s age!
The hotel was great
Definitely NOT 5 star. More like a run down motel!
This hotel is more than underwhelming - the first room I stayed in was tiny, dirty, damaged furniture, dirty walls, ancient bed, and a view over a demolished building!
I paid to upgrade to their ‘suite’ which was the same but a touch larger.
It was also a health hazard with cables from the TV hanging dangerously, water bottle with used cigarettes still in the room, mould in the bathroom - and NO AIR CONDITIONING!
The only time the air conditioning worked was when they set it to 27 degrees!!! I boiled over 2 nights and they just couldn’t seem to get it right!
Do NOT be fooled by their 5 stars - it’s a 3 star max - maybe achieved 5 stars in 1992 - but definitely a run down, poorly managed and kept motel really!
Lovely hotel next door really is 5 star - keep searching!
Checking in was very pleasant and the gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. Staff very welcoming. Nice breakfast.
