Basic accomodation for when you have no other options.
Pros:

Breakfast was available for 10 EUR

Cons:

Old building, think east germany 1970´s, old floor carpets in the coridors, old, claustrofphobic, noise-making elevator. Some cracked tiles in shower. Receptionist typed with two fingers, took forever to get three guests checked in.
First room was cold; a small radiator wasn't enough to heat it up. The additional wall heater was deafeningly loud, took hours to reach a normal temperature, and couldn't be used at night because of the noise. I was able to get a second room on the second night. Here one radiator was not working, but the other one was big enought to heat the room up. TV did not receive any signal. Wash basin was outside of the toilet, inside of the sleeping room.
WiFi was available, but not able to connect with my PC.
