It was disappointing 😕

I didn’t like anything about the property

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about the property . I booked this property for a friend who was visiting from Belgium with child . I accompanied them there for check- in . When we were handed the old metal keys , we went straight to the elevator. It was an old very tiny elevator that even 2 people couldn’t fit in well . The room we were assigned to was not cleaned and the Towels from the previous guest were not removed and no new Towels were there . We complained this to the reception but nothing was done . Secondly the carpet was dirty and dust all over the corners in the room . No AC or fan provided at the peak of 36 degrees on a hot Saturday in Berlin . It was just a waste of 170 €paid for 2 nights . The photos on the site didn’t even March to what we saw in person there . I think also that this Hotel is also being used as Heim ( which is totally understanding but the Hygiene there is very poor ) . I wish a little renovation can be done in this Hotel especially with the very old furnitures and beds . Even my Grand mother’s room is way better than what I saw there . Worse experience ever 👍

Die Lage ist super, wer nicht viel auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gibt, kann hier gut übernachten.
Pros:

Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Der Lattenrost war nicht vorhanden, stattdessen hatten wir jeweils eine Spanplatte, welche mehrfach gebrochen und mit Nieten wieder zusammengehalten wurde! Die Couch hatte viele Flecken.
