Excellent value, Great location, Fantastic Staff - we'll be back.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are first class and the bar person (Zac) was wonderful. Well done everyone and thank you. We stayed for two days, so having the parking fees included in the price was a very nice bonus (your car registration is validated on leaving, very convenient) and you could drive in an out of the multi-story parking next door as many times as you like. We parked on arrival and left the car for two days.

Cons:

Despite not driving the car on the second day, we still had to pay the Bristol Clean Air Charge (£9) per day - just for the car being parked within the CAZ but that's more of a niggle at the Council than the hotel. It would have been nice to have a chilled bottle Champagne on arrival - I'm quite partial to a bottle of 1969 Dom Pérignon ’P3’ myself - but y'can't have everything I suppose (ha ha ha!)

Returning guests, great choice for the price.
Pros:

Parking inclusive of price, chilled water dispenser down the corridor, big comfortable bed. Good location, 15 mins walk to centre. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Small amount of shower gel/ shampoo. Would prefer a couple of sachets as there were 2 of us staying.

Just what we needed - right place & right quality
Pros:

A surprisingly large 'twin' room - two large double beds and plenty of room to move around.
Very convenient for arriving by car and for our planned early departure from Temple Meads station . There is a taxi rank just outside.
Well insulated from the traffic noise on a very busy road, but even then the frequent passage of emergency vehicles can disturb your sleep
The reception staff are friendly, helpful & efficient.
The hotel's excellent guidance on how to avoid the City Clean Air Zone (using Houlton Street when entering Cabot Circus car park)
The 'in-house' restaurant

Cons:

The bathroom suffered poor maintenance - the shower was either hot or too hot and the fittings were almost falling off the wall. Reception acknowledged and thanked us for our report.

Great locations, right next to Cabot’s circus, free parking available a less than 5 minute walk from the hotel, staff were lovely and really helpful, bed was huge and super comfy!

Cons:

Was not the cleanest - carpets quite stained and bathroom a little dirty, glasses and mugs were both dirty (unsure if used and not swapped or just not clean) had to ask for replacements

Pros:

Siamo stati a Bristol solo di passaggio e ci serviva un hotel par passare la notte. Comodo, camera silenziosa e con tutto il necessario, vicino alla zona del centro commerciale dove siamo riusciti a cenare al volo la sera in cui siamo arrivati. Una nota di merito va alla colazione che è stata davvero super.
