Friendly value for money
Pros:

Standard airport-style hotel, but a particularly nice one - and the staff at the front desk when we arrived were particularly friendly and helpful, which was really cheering and set the tone for our stay.

Room was nice and comfy - shower nice and hot - nice and quiet, and in a central location.

Cons:

My only complaint was that for some reason the bedside lamps didn't seem to work individually so you could only have all the lights on or all the lights off! I'm assuming I was just being thick and not finding the correct switches.

The hotel was adequate but we would not stay in the area again.
Pros:

Size of the room and the bed. Reception and bar staff helpful and professional.

Cons:

Location. Room although big enough was quite basic.

Excellent central location and great facilities
Pros:

Excellent location, fantastic car park option (saved us a lot of money in fees & could enter/leave as many times as you liked). Very comfortable bed, great room facilities & especially liked the fact that you had your own ironing board and iron! Very clean and welcoming, staff very friendly and attentive. Nice large shower unit (usually a small cubicle in some hotels). Brilliant for shopping and socialising with the Harbour restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Cons:

This hotel has really gone downhill. I used to stay and overlook the shabby 70s decor and terrible food in the restaurant because it was continently located. But it has got worse and worse. The customer service when you need to change something is terrible. When you walk at night from the included but creepy public car park you have to walk through a dark square full of drug addicts shooting up and vomitting then under a mini underpass to the hotel door. It’s about a 5 minute walk which is really scary at night.

Good city centre hotel
Pros:

I love the location of this hotel and have stayed here before. It is right by a large shopping centre and carpark. Nice to have free carparking.

Cons:

Both myself and my husband found the beds too soft. Which is obviously a personal preference.

Overall very good
Pros:

Central location, storage for mobility scooter, very clean, great breakfast, massive size bed & comfortable.
I have mobility issues and was not told by staff there was a lift down to breakfast room? However as soon as we arrived at breakfast, this morning(after struggling to get downstairs) the staff at breakfast informed me straight away there was a lift & to call her when we were ready to leave and she would help us

Pros:

Amazing location next the the shopping centre. Perfect for dinner, shopping and site seeing.
The bed was very comfortable at this establishment so I slept well.
Having car parking included topped this off for the perfect stay.

Stay at Bristol
Pros:

I loved the staff really nice and friendly and also the atmosphere. I liked the bar at night and loved the breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast is extortionate it's so expensive alot of people cannot afford that. It should be probably £8 for a continental and £10 for a cooked breakfast.
