Comfortable room, well connected to the city centre
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room. Helpful staff and the free parking was really useful.

Cons:

My main issue was that it felt quite unsafe walking between the car park and through the alley to the hotel reception - especially at night. Thankfully I was never alone on this trip, but just something to be mindful of when booking if you are a solo traveller.

Wasn’t a major issue, but the plugs next to the bed didn’t work.

Blue badge parking outside reception in a pleasant, shady car park. Helpful and friendly staff. Chilled water and apples by the lifts. The room was spacious with 2 chairs

Cons:

We wanted a small continental breakfast but this was not an option.

The lighting was not very flexible, the bedside lamps were not independent and there was no low ambient lighting.

Pros:

Perfectly positioned in the centre of Bristol, easy access to all the highlights!
We stayed in a Superior twin. Both beds were very comfortable. Bathroom well equipped.
Air conditioning very welcome during the 34 degree heat!

Cons:

My bed was very squeaky which was annoying (I'm 8 stone so I dread to think what it would be like for a larger person)

Friends staff, all areas nice and cool even though we stayed during heatwave. Free parking in car park next to hotel . Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Foot choice not great for evening meal. Only one TV and not enough tables in bar area.

Good convenient place for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great. Just opposite Cabot Circus and a short walk to the city centre. Easy to get to from the motorway if you’re driving. The validation for free parking was a definite plus for us.

Cons:

The decor is old and tired. There was no mini bar fridge in the room and complementary bottled water was not provided - we had to buy it from reception.

Excellent Bristol accomodation
Pros:

Well located, clean, modern, comfortable rooms, foyer, bar and dining rooms. Helpful staff, nice bar area at ground level and restaurant below, excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful with car parking when an accidental evacuation alarm activated a minute after we entered their affiliated shopping centre car park next door to the hotel.
