Excellent stay
Pros:

Great location for us. We had a large clean, quiet comfortable room with working air conditioning. We were originally given a room opposite the lift which I thought might be noisy. The hotel were happy to change this for us.

Cons:

The lighting in the room. It was not possible to turn off individual side lights or overhead lighting in the door area without turning off all the lights in the room.

Pros:

Staff were amazing and helpful kind and welcoming
Room size and storage was very good

Cons:

The throw on the bed wasnt very clean and did not have enough mugs and glasses for the 4 of us but staff were on hand to help

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger room for free, there was lots of space.

Cons:

The bathroom was outdated, side of the bath was falling off and it wasn't as clean as I would prefer. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the lights were all connected together so the only options were all the lights and lamps on or all of them off. Half the plug sockets in our room didn't work.

Always choose this hotel for visiting my son at uni. Excellent location and includes free parking!

Excellent Central Hotel.
Pros:

The Hotel is well situated and the free parking was a bonus. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would be nice.

Great location
Pros:

Great location and really comfortable beds

Cons:

The reception staff were very hit and miss. On arrival it was like getting blood out of a stone to get any information. Bar staff were fantastic though
