Would return and recommend to others
Pros:

Great location and one of the only hotels I saw with free parking. Staff were also very friendly.

Cons:

The carpets could do with some refreshing in the rooms, they were quite stained but could tell the room itself was very clean.

Pros:

AC in the room was welcome on such a hot stay! Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Great location. Free parking was a bonus! Friendly staff.

Cons:

No mattress protector on the bed. Wifi wasn't great. Was a bit tired looking.

Pros:

Location was good. Water provided on each floor, helpful staff, lots of information around hotel and quiet room on the back.

Cons:

Our shower was really dirty and grimy on the outside of the tray. Off- putting.

A visit to Bristol and a one night stay in this superb value comfortable hotel was amazing.
Pros:

The property was clean and fresh. Very modern feel and seemed a premium style hotel at budget cost. Will use again for sure. Great location too.

A few tweaks and this could be excellent
Pros:

Good location. Free parking which was easy to use. Restaurant good value and friendly staff. Rooms good size, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Shower wasn’t the best - pressure a bit weak and never got hotter than luke warm. Lights in room not individually controlled- either all on or all off. Had to buy a small lamp in order to resolve this.

Pros:

Very friendly welcome, earlier check in available than some other hotels.
A really good sized room with everything I needed. Good wifi.
Great breakfast. All the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

No bath but that is unusual anywhere these days

Pros:

Hôtel agréable pour un court séjour. Lit très confortable. Chambre un peu datée mais très propre. Le parking gratuit dans le centre commercial à côté est très appréciable.

Lovely room, shower could use some attention.
Pros:

Room was very nice, the bed was very comfy and the AC was taken advantage of during the hot weather. The warm lighting was very pleasant and plenty of pillows and space on the bed. Bathroom also had a good amount of space.

Cons:

The shower head was leaky - I suppose a problem with the seal - and there was some black mould in the corner of the shower.

The shower altho great was kind of odd that it couldbt be adjusted and was spraying straight out towards your face could only be adjusted height wise but not angle
