Fantastic location for the city centre, convenient parking and just all round good vibes
Pros:

Whoevee designed the bathroom door needs a pay rise. It's absolutely genius. Separating the toilet from the shower room is a great design

A comfortable hotel in a central location. Good value for money.

No light around the mirror in the bathroom. Not great for applying make-up!

Unimpressed.
Pros:

The location was good, especially to access public transport.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I didn't find the staff I met friendly or helpful. I arrived at 14.30 on 10th to an unfriendly non smiling reception staff.
The next day, at 13.45 I was waiting for a taxi, so I went to the bar for a coffee, and commented to the bar staff that I was going to a graduation ceremony but received no response at all.
Before leaving to go home on the 12th at 10am, I fancied a coffee, so I went to the bar where I had coffee the previous day. I stood there and was totally ignored by a staff member who was seated away from the bar but looked at me twice. He was on a laptop and didn't smile or ask if I needed any help.
It was unfortunate that my stay in Bristol for a graduation ceremony was let down by some of the hotel staff.

Perfect for a short stay in Bristol visiting our daughter
Pros:

Central location parking paid for by Hotel
The room was a nice size, had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and Wi-Fi was good

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay, there was nothing we didn’t like

It was great for what we needed.
Pros:

The location was great as we were visiting our daughter at University.

Cons:

We couldn’t use one of the beds as the base sounded like it was breaking when we first sat on it. It needs replacing. Also when we left and checked the floor under the beds for anything of our own, ti saw food rubbish and an empty Coke bottle.
