Un conseil si vous réservez dans cet hôtel, faites un état des lieux de tout et prenez des photos
Cons:

Qu’on nous accuse d’avoir cassé une vitre alors qu’elle était déjà cassée et qu’on était jamais là de la journée et qu’on rentrait tous les soirs vers minuit (une caution de 2000 bath est demandée à notre arrivée et elle a gardé 1500 bath pour la réparation de la vitre). Apparement elle a filmé la chambre avant de nous la remettre mais elle ne retrouvait pas la vidéo)
Nous sommes honnêtes et si on avait cassé quelque chose on l’aurait avoué. Ce n’est pas notre premier hôtel et c’est la première fois qu’on nous traite comme cela. On ne pouvait pas expliquer car barrière de la langue et que la personne en face ne nous regardait même pas. C’est vrai qu’elle avait gardé notre portefeuille avec nos passeports qu’on avait perdu et on la remercie pour cela mais c’est tout. Maintenant vous pouvez faire votre chapitre. Nous ne reviendrons jamais.

Would not revisit and would wholeheartedly steer people away.

Location was satisfactory

Cons:

Cleanliness, food was poor choice and poor quality.
Air con was sub standard.
Mainly the two lady owners were extremely rude , not just to us but I witnessed them being dreadful to another couple staying at the resort.

L'emplacement, la gratuité du transport pour aller à la plage et au night market.

Cons:

La personnel qui veut toujours avoir raison c'est désagréable. Le ménage et la propreté qui laisse à désirer. Hôtel qui part en ruine. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur des photos et des prétentions. Il y a certainement mieux pour le même prix. Continuez vos recherches!!!.

Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och mycket trevliga. Läget var lite avsides men deras skjuts till centrum och bad gjorde att läget blev oväsentligt.

A heads-up for future guests
Pros:

Spacious clean room with a good size pool. The toilet seat was old and very stained. The shower was tiny with DIY shower head. Breakfast was basic. Customer service was mediocre. There’s a tuk tuk van shuttle every 2 hours to the main strip starting from 9:30am -7:30pm. I didn’t see a good beach to swim in Ao Nang, so I took the boat to Railay twice during my 4 night stay. If there is one, the hotel should provide some basic info. There is a good restaurant on the seaside after the market with live music and good food. I booked it late so I think I paid a premium for the late reservation. That s why I didn’t think it offered good value.

Cons:

The toiler seat was nasty and the shower was not pleasant. Customer service must be improved. Ripped curtains. Remote location and it cost 200b for public transportation.

Pros:

The ladies at reception were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The pool area looked nice

Cons:

The rooms was outdated. The cushions on the chairs looked worn. It was a little out of the way for the touristy area.

Needs renovation but good location
Pros:

Location is good. Short bike or taxi drive to Ao Nang beach and all infrastructure.
The design of the building is also quite appealing Thai style.
Reception can help you with booking of tours , give some tips and also rent a motorbike

Cons:

Big problem with shower, no proper shower head both in standing shower and bathtub, the waterflow is crazy either goes all into your face and hair or no water at all, first too hot then too cold, in the end no water you need to wait for it to start again…..

Doors on the balcony do not close properly so when our neighbors were smoking non stop, all smoke was in our room.

It’s a little bit outdated, no phone in the room to contact reception, no basic toiletries like toothbrush or so.

The main door has quite big gaps so we would find lizards in the room when we were back.

Breakfast options are super limited.

Pros:

The Pool area and size of rooms

Cons:

The Manager /Receptionist was autocratic and nothing short of rude to me and guests that came over to visit me. On two separate occasions I saw her having the same interaction with other guests. I reported that the shower was blocked on day one and twice after that as it was flooding the entire bathroom. Nothing was done . Breakfast was below average and I only attended once in the entire week.

Veldig fin og idyllisk resort som ligger i stille område.super hyggelig personale som var veldig hjelpsomme.
