Fantastic stay from beginning to end

It’s a fantastic hotel, perfect location & staff are first class!! Rooms are beautiful and spacious

99% of the Staff are absolutely some of the best I’ve ever come across, So friendly and helpful cheerful and can’t do enough

Great stay for a Football Match
Pros:

We travelled down for a football match at bramell lane and couldn't have got any closer to the venue... right next door!
Lovely, welcoming staff who were very helpful. Nothing was any trouble.
The rooms were lovely and spacious and the beds exceptionally comfortable.
Nice relaxing bar on the ground floor started our evening with a few pre match drinks. Despite being from out of the area, we never felt or exprienced any hostility during our stay.
We were able to park in the car park next to the hotel for a discounted price.
We shall certainly consider booking here in the future, even when just visiting the city of Sheffield itself.

A brilliant hotel with lovely staff, in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern and in a great location. The breakfast was amazing and ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Victoria at breakfast. Greeted us each morning with a smile and a chat

Pros:

Everything was great , the food was lovely and we got to check in early !! ❤️

Cons:

Me and my friend had stayed for one night to attend a concert which was nearby and it was 175 pound just for one night including 31 pound for breakfast for two people
But apart from that the stay was absolutely worth it ❤️

Pros:

The hotel and room were all very clean with bright decor. The staff were helpful and answered all questions. The two ladies working breakfast on Sunday 12th were so friendly and kept the breakfast area clean and tidy.

Cons:

There was a football match on and all the roads leading to the hotel were closed. Although it gives an alternative route to take on match days, it wasn't clear that the staff at the football stadium would move the cones for you to access the hotel. I think it should be made clear on the website that they will move the cones on Cherry Street for people staying at the hotel.

Great Hotel, the staff here make it stand out above others we've stayed at locally.
Pros:

My Wife and I drove up on a Thursday night for a family funeral the next morning. We booked 2 nights B&B and having stayed here before we knew what we were getting, everything was spot on from the moment we arrived, parking was easy, check in was quick and friendly with a complimentary cookie on arrival which was nice, the room on the top floor was good (the bed was huge!) and overlooked the stadium, the bar was good and service was prompt, the gesture of a free drink each was a nice touch too,.. finally breakfast, you can't beat a good fry up as a treat, but what made it for us was the friendlyness of the staff at the Hotel, especially Kirsty and her two colleagues who greeted us and catered for us at breakfast as the morning of the funeral (which they were unaware of) they were just lovely!
Any future trips to Sheffield and we'll be sure to book this Hotel if it's available.

Cons:

The price of a large vodka! :-)
