Pros:

Was able to check into my room early which was really helpful as allowed me to get ready for my wedding that day.

Cons:

The AC in our room was not working, in stead of cooling the room down it infact heated up the room so was extremely hot when we came back to our room that night. Took hours to cool the room back down again which meant me & wife couldn't get to sleep.

Pros:

We had to book at the very last minute due to our original booking in Sheffield having no hot water.
The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from.

Comfortable
Pros:

The room was comfortable and cool (needed in the hot weather!) staff were all very pleasant, it was clean

Cons:

TV only had a few freeview channels, though it had a button for YouTube on the screen when you click it that didn’t work so not much to watch

Pros:

Comfiest bed ever ! Spotlessly clean. Staff were all fabulous. Breakfast was lovely. Nice and quiet. Perfect would recommend.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Clean, great sized rooms, comfortable bed and good location (although may be busy on match days). Staff were super helpful too.

Cons:

The placing of the bathroom door stop right on the floor where you exit the shower - trip hazard!
