Loved the room - the bed was so comfy. The blanket was everything!
The lighting was great, very cosy.
The bathroom was also nice, lots of really nice cosy towels.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference (but that's just me!). Additionally, just a bit of a confusing shower (but I got a hang of it).
Also, I asked for some cutlery in room service and didn't receive that. Not a big deal by any standards, but it was a bit inconvenient.
It was very lovley inside and gorgeous setting/vibe
No one told me about parking! They took another £50 off me as a deposit even when I’d paid because the site wasn’t working and had an issue with getting the money back!

Asked for a room without connecting door, but was given a room with connecting door, connecting with family with young children - fortunately v well behaved kids.
Glass bathroom door, lock didn't work.
Room was opposite door from lifts which slammed and didn't close properly. It was easily propped open, which was a fire risk.
The light switches were hilarious - like a logic problem challenge trying to find a combination of on-off which actually enabled lights to be switched on!

Comfy beds and bedding, with lovely small double twin beds.
Free welcome (warm) chocolate chip cookie was lovely. Bought a hot chocolate from the bar to go with it. Pricey, but generous size and very nice.
Only one lift was working, so I had to wait for a while.
Didn't like the glass doors in the bathroom, no privacy. The bathroom fan either didn't work or was useless, so I couldn't use the mirrors.
No small light in bathroom, so night time trips meant getting fully woken by the bright light for me and mum, as we shared a twin room.

I’m a woman travelling on my own, loads of football fans in the lobby screaming and shouting which meant I didn’t have dinner as didn’t feel comfortable
