It is an ok place to stay for a night or two
Pros:

The hotel is modern, the staff are welcoming and the location is central

Cons:

One little detail I didn’t like, we stayed at the king suite for two nights and I like to stay in hotels so I rather have my room made for when I am back. The staff came to our room, cleared the bins but didn’t touch our beds at all! It was a bit disappointing for the money we paid

£100 parking fine although we paid!! Soured everything

Appalling to end up with parking ticket and £100 fine after paying £15 for 24 hrs parking per the web site. This has been confirmed with the hotel and that we paid however they said you had to put in your leaving time which we estimated - hence unknowingly overstayed as although we did not stay the 24 hrs - apparently we went over the time put in the machine !! Outrageous and really soiled our trip - the hotel say they can’t do anything ! Beware put in 14 hrs in the parking machine

Useless reception staff with zero communication.
Cons:

Very poor breakfast, bland, eggs overcooked and scrambled eggs rubbery!
Evening meal was overcooked burger!

Asked reception for an early morning call at 06:45 and they wrote it down on spice of paper without room number or name, I mentioned this and he said it would be ok, no wake up call and I mentioned it to the supervisor in the morning and his reply was ‘ ah, it should of been done’ bloody clueless! Good job I got to my training on time!!

great part from the car parking issue
Pros:

everything was spot on, can't fault the hotel. breakfast was really good

Cons:

Car Parking was so disappointing, my son lives 1/2 mile away so all I wanted to do was check in and park my car at my son's house however the punitive car parking charges are applied instantly.
