Lovely stay - excellent service
Pros:

Complimentary cookies on arrival - such a lovely gesture. The staff were all so kind and smiled. The room was stunning and spacious and everything was so clean.

Cons:

There was only 1 sugar sachet in the room and two tea bags. Would have liked a couple more for an evening and morning tea for us both.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Pros:

The stay lived up to expectations for this kind of hotel. It was easy to find a parking space in the car park. Parking charges seemed reasonable. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff were friendly. The location, just outside the inner ring road and a short distance from the city centre, was convenient.

Cons:

I didn't like being asked to pay a refundable £50 breakage deposit on arrival. I hadn't noticed this in the booking conditions.

Great room and location

Cons:

Can't have a light breakfast toast and coffee £15.95 extortionate price. Then ordered just a coffee at £3.95 get charged £4.20 and told prices changed a week ago but menu stated £3.95 totally ripping people off !!!
