Gutes Frühstück. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksraum (Victoria ist sehr lieb).
Sehr sicheres Hotel, Aufzug und Treppenhaus nur mit Chipkarte zu betreten.
Sehr sauber und modern.
Info: liegt direkt neben dem Stadium von Sheffield United.

Cons:

Parken kostet extra.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Wir haben in der ersten Nacht an der Rezeption nach einem extra Handtuch gebracht, das wurde nie gebracht.

Good overnight stay overall
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean with large rooms and friendly staff

Cons:

The air conditioning was poor and did not cool at night but only during the day - strange. Maintenance do not work on weekends so nothing could be done.
The additional tray charge and service charge when you order room service adds on an additional £7.75 to each order...

Modern, clean, quiet, central!
Pros:

The room was huge, and everything was clean and well presented. The staff were really lovely too. I loved that it was so quiet even though it was in the city centre. It was right beside Sheffield football grounds if you’re into football. It’s not far from the restaurants and bars and the action too.

Cons:

The room was lacking a few touches, like cups for rinsing in the bathroom, somewhere to hang your towel, a fridge. I think these things should be standard. I resent paying for parking but I know this is more the norm now. However it’s a bit of a peeve for me. It’s be good to be able to stream from my phone as well. These are not major things, I really enjoyed my stay and I’d stay there again.

Good enough but overall quality disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast medium quality -yunnan green tea available good. Fruit selection limited.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Insufficient hanging hooks in bedroom and bathroom.
Clean towels provided in second day. Unnecessary and wasteful. Cleaners left dirty mugs unwashed.
