Amazing decor,excellent facilities,polite staff always with smile and the best attention-our stay was like a dream.The flowers and the music make us to feel very romantic and fully relaxed.One of the best hotels we have ever been.
The breakfast was also a great enjoyment -such a beautiful place with nice view, so tasty and various.
Also something very important -the hotel is very quiet and everyone can enjoy perfect sleep.

If you are staying in Dalat book this resort
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Dalat Resort and would highly recommend it. The rooms are absolutely fabulous—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent selection of food to suit all tastes—and the addition of fizz made it feel extra special and indulgent! Such a lovely touch to start the day.

The grounds are simply stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that add to the peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort. It really feels like a little oasis.

Overall, a fantastic stay with great attention to detail throughout. I would definitely return!

Too many drain flies, I killed more than 20 in my executive suite bathroom & bedroom. French songs can be reduced in volume and not continuous.

Một trải nghiệm thật bất ngờ ở mercure dalat. Mặc dù đã nghỉ tại khá nhiều khách sạn 4-5sao trong và ngoài nước nhưng khi chọn mercure dalat là một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn khác biệt.phòng rất sạch sẽ. Khung cảnh xung quanh yên bình. Vì tính khám phá khá cao nên mình chỉ định book 1 đêm ở mercure nhưng nhân viên + dịch vụ+ phòng và khoang cảnh resort quá tuyệt vời nên quyết định ở thêm 3 đêm. Em HO HOANG HIEP take care khách hàng rất chuyên nghiệp và tận tình. Sẽ cùng bạn bè và gia đình quay lại mercure dalat thêm nhiều lần nữa

Overall superb one of the best places I've ever stayed in
Pros:

The resort was one of the best I've stayed in period the grounds are superbly manicured the pool is superb the best bit is that the villas you stay in they are all separate in blocks dotted around the resort you can walk to the lake in 30 mins if you want but a grab ride share takes only a few mins and cost around 3-4 AUD

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like and its only a small thing was the smoke detector in the room constantly flashing all night lighting up the room very annoying!
