Spacious and clean room.
Breakfast was rather lackluster, very underwhelming for a 5-star hotel, or even 4-star. There was also a distinct lack of local cuisines, unlike my previous experience I had with Muong Thanh in Can Tho.

Nous avons apprécié l'organisation efficace pour l'excursion à Bana Hills (1450000vnd/p) et le taxi pour rejoindre Hoi An.
La chambre était spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur la ville.
À proximité du Dragon Bridge et des rues commerçantes.
Concernant l'accueil pour le check in, il a été interrompu intempestivement par d'autres personnes et la dame qui nous servait a pris le temps de leur répondre alors qu'on attendait nos documents et la clé de la chambre. Pas très professionnel sur le coup.
Le local à bagage semble servir mais personne ne s'est inquiété d'y mettre nos bagages et ils sont restés dans le hall toute la journée. On a trouvé ça pas très correct et pas sécurisé.
Literie pas au top pour tous.

Dơ.. cũ.. ăn sáng rất tệ.. mới 8g sáng mà hết đồ ăn nhưng nhân viên không chịu cho thêm đồ ăn lên.
Tất cả mọi thứ đều cũ kĩ và dơ (phòng, mền, ra trải giường, gối, hồ bơi..)
Chúng tôi đặt 3 đêm, tuy nhiên chúng tôi chỉ ở 1 đêm và chấp nhận bỏ 2 đêm còn lại để chuyển sang một khách sạn khác vì quá dơ và bữa sáng không có gì để ăn.

Bữa ăn phong phú nhưng không có gì đặc biệt, nên cải tiến món cơm và bánh mỳ

The room was spacious.
There was cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, they tried to charge me for drinks I didn’t drink at the checkout, and they charged me for an extra bottle of water that was supposed to be free, I asked for an upgrade to another room they kept telling me the room was unavailable even though it was available on booking.com, the staff wasn’t available at the desk when I came in looking for them at night, the hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but the treatment wasn’t that of one, there were no trips offered by the hotel, the TV in the room was very outdated, and the fridge was dirty, the elevator takes forever to arrive and it doesn’t have A/C neither do the corridors of the hotel it was almost sauna like.

cái CÂN nên để trong phòng, tầng dứới kệ tủ lớn, sẽ sạch sẽ hợp lý hơn là để trong restrom
nên trang bị 1 xe 4chổ đưa đón sân bay cho phù hợp với khách chỉ có 2 người .
