Room is great. Location is good!
Pros:

The room is so big and so comfortable!
Location is really good, a walk distance from the dragon bridge (tail) maybe around 10min.
Although the beach is on the other side of the bridge, we took a grab and took us around an extra 10min to the beach.
Staff in the reception was always willing to help out.

Cons:

We saw a rat in the main hall and a couple of small cockroaches in the breakfast area.
Also, the room had a really nice view of the city but the glasses were so dirty that we couldn’t enjoy much.

Not unreasonable with the discount.
Pros:

Spacious and clean room.

Cons:

Breakfast was rather lackluster, very underwhelming for a 5-star hotel, or even 4-star. There was also a distinct lack of local cuisines, unlike my previous experience I had with Muong Thanh in Can Tho.

Hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'organisation efficace pour l'excursion à Bana Hills (1450000vnd/p) et le taxi pour rejoindre Hoi An.
La chambre était spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur la ville.
À proximité du Dragon Bridge et des rues commerçantes.

Cons:

Concernant l'accueil pour le check in, il a été interrompu intempestivement par d'autres personnes et la dame qui nous servait a pris le temps de leur répondre alors qu'on attendait nos documents et la clé de la chambre. Pas très professionnel sur le coup.
Le local à bagage semble servir mais personne ne s'est inquiété d'y mettre nos bagages et ils sont restés dans le hall toute la journée. On a trouvé ça pas très correct et pas sécurisé.
Literie pas au top pour tous.
