Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

This was our first accommodation in Vietnam, so we did not really know what to expect. Based on the photos, the room looked much larger and brighter, so that was a slight disappointment at first. However, this was partly our mistake, as in Vietnam many standard rooms are either windowless, which I would recommend everyone avoid, or very small, which can feel uncomfortable for someone used to Western standards. They can also be quite dark and difficult to ventilate.

That said, the room itself was comfortable, modern and clean.

In general, many accommodations on booking platforms look much better in photos than in reality, but this hotel was not in that category. It was still a pleasant surprise overall.

The staff were very helpful and respectful. The breakfast did not offer a huge variety, but everything was fresh and very tasty, which is what matters most. The internet speed was around 300 Mbps, which is excellent for anyone who needs fast and reliable connection.

If you are used to large, modern Western European hotels, this will feel like a lower category. However, compared to most accommodations in a similar price range in Ho Chi Minh City, this place is noticeably more modern and comfortable.

Cleanliness was generally good. I personally would not have used the bathtub as it looked a bit worn over time, but I am quite particular about these things.

The location is not the most attractive, but it is within walking distance of many places or just a 5 to 8 minute taxi ride away.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely not run down or dirty either. If you are looking for something reasonably priced yet still modern and comfortable, this place is a good choice. I would recommend choosing a larger or higher category room rather than the smallest option, as it will feel much more spacious and bright.

Cons:

This was not the hotel’s fault, but I would still mention it as a negative. Unfortunately, there was construction happening directly across the street, and they were demolishing a building. The noise was extremely loud. I am not exaggerating when I say it continued past midnight, and then started again around 5 in the morning for four days straight. It definitely caused some stress and a lack of sleep.

We asked the staff when it would stop and whether it would continue during the night, but they could not give a clear answer. They explained that in Ho Chi Minh City this kind of work often happens unpredictably, so we had to accept the situation. They did apologise, and of course it is not something the hotel can control.

You also cannot know when booking where construction might be happening, but unfortunately it seems quite common as the whole city is constantly developing. During our travels, this was something we experienced in multiple places and it did affect our overall stay.

I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs just in case. :)

如果沒有工地施工是不錯的選擇
Pros:

員工的服務及態度真的滿分，房間的設備整潔乾淨，早餐也很好吃

Cons:

目前緊臨工地隔壁，施工噪音不分晝夜，而且是不規律突如其來的連續大分貝噪音。還有房間的隔音真的非常差。

Super nice
Pros:

Good location almost 15-20min walk for all things shopping, attraction, and good place to eat.

The highlight is their staffs as they are nothing but amazing and helpful! Top notch service! Will be one of my standard when it comes to hospitality. Will compete to 4-5stars accommodation.

Pros:

Central location, close to many tourist attractions.
Room reservation, Front desk, housekeeping staff are professional and friendly.

Cons:

There’s a big construction going on just next to the hotel and we weren’t told about it.
The construction doesn’t stop and went on throughout the night, really didn’t sleep well despite the comfortable beds.
Although it is not within the hotel’s control, this important point should’ve been published.

Rooms have relatively thin walls (not soundproofed) and the corridors are narrow.
