The staff was great. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Pros:

The property was perfectly located near the airport for my early morning flight. They had an awesome shuttle that takes you directly to the airport. It was so much cozier than the standard hotel room.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was lovely.

Cons:

After travelling from Germany to BWI I was greeted by the rudest front desk worker. As I am military I have huge bags for PCS. I wasn’t greeted with a hello just, “can I have your card” she didn’t give me time to get prepared, didn’t tell me my room number only said”it’s on back of your room key”. For this hospitality I could’ve checked myself in. The bathroom was dirty looking with stains in the toilet & on the walls & the room had an undesirable smell. One bed wasn’t made and looked used. The neighbours were playing music so loud at 11 pm but the hostess did nothing. I wouldn’t book again.

Short but nice stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Large room. Appreciated the airport shuttle.

Cons:

Nothing. Had a short stay because of a flight delay, so didn’t have time to see much of hotel.

I would absolutely recommend and stay there again.
Pros:

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and also The staff at the bar area. They were able to suggest places to go have dinner and several attractions. I had a lovely stay.

The room had lady bugs everywhere, the bathroom floooded everytime I took a shower, the elevators were extremely slow.

A great place to stay near BWI
Pros:

Aloft is a perfect name for this place because you do feel like you’re up in the trees. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it had everything I needed. Would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Cons:

It wasn’t quite as quiet as I would have expected, but that did not detract from my enjoyment.
I also didn’t mind paying extra for parking, but I don’t recall that being mentioned when I booked.
