Staff were great
Good hotel for the price, very close to Nana station, nice bars and restaurants close by, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but because of the position of the building there was no natural light.
The only thing I didn't like is the transparent (frosted) bathroom door and wall preventing 100% privacy with from my friend.
Nice hotel in a good location. Even though it's close to a lot of bars and restaurants it was remarkably quiet. The staff were friendly, housekeeping very efficient.

Quiet room, firm beds with soft pillows. Immaculately clean and everything worked; all fixtures, outlets, appliances, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location in the heart of downtown Bangkok. A great choice for anyone!

A great place to stay in the heart of the Sukhumvit Road busy area with lots of bars & restaurants.
A tired choice in soi8. This hotel has barely changed in th fifteen years of visiting. I think it could do with a refresh
They claim to have a cafe but I couldn't find it though however doesn't really matter because there is plenty of food options around anyways.

Great locations with plenty to do
My only real gripe was outside traffic noise from Sukhumvit Rd. Otherwise was fine and a great location right near Nana Station.
Cheap hotel good for a short stay. Rooms are old and needs updating. It could be cleaner and had a weird smell but not a bad hotel for a short stay if you are on a budget
I've used this hotel many, many times over the years and I haven't been disappointed. Great location.
Overall a very good stay. Area surrounding has good vibes, lovely place. Best part was the room itself. I liked the floor to ceiling mirror and windows. Please note the rooms here do not have a view, the glass is frosted to allow light only: some rooms do not have windows.
Staff was friendly but need more training. Lots of stairs even getting to the room from the elevator. Makes it difficult with heavy luggage.
The staff are untrained in hospitality. They made us wait about 1 minute at check in and later while they texted on their phone. They do not communicate well. When asked if they had ice they said no just a room.
The room has no windows so there is no external light.
There is no mini fridge in the room. The TV is quite old and lacks modern functionality.
Clean and quiet with easy access to the Skytrain. Colorful nightlife in the area.
