Padma Resort Legian

I love it stay long time here. Same like ubud for the food very good for the service very nice 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

My wife and I are currently staying at the Padma Legian (4 nights). We have visited Bali many times, but this is by far the best resort within the Seminyak/Legian/Kuta area.

The staff within the entire resort (from front desk to housekeeping) are very attentive and friendly (which I have already outlined in previous reviews over the last few days - Skai Bar and Tenkai restaurants).

This morning we had a crack at the archery, which was a lot if fun. The instructor, DARMADI, was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This made the whole experience so much fun adding a totally different element to our holiday!!

16 years ago my wife and I got married here at the Padma and were keen to see what has changed.

The hotel had really gone to another level of organisation and had a very comprehensive offer to families.

Whether its the kids pool with water slides, the kids pizza and popcorn, the music in the pool area, the milkshakes (do not underestimate how good they are), the archery, car games, animals, I could go on.

My children viewed it as a wonderland and the minute we left wanted to go back.

Of course the food, hotel grounds, the access to shopping ad the beach are all still there.

All the rooms also have something to offer, ours viewed the trees in the grounds opposite and was still beatiful with a great lawn for the kids to play on.

My advice, if you have a family and you want a break while your kids entertain themselves, this is the hotel for you.

I recently returned from a three-week trip to Indonesia, Bali. One of the hotels I stayed at was Padma Resort Legian, from 14th December 2025 for four nights.

This hotel resort is incredible. The room layouts are fantastic. The pools are great. The additional services they offer, such as fishing, archery, and morning yoga, are all very well organised. The resort is very clean and extremely well maintained. The food and breakfast are amazing, with a wide selection of international cuisine as well as excellent local dishes. The grounds are beautiful. The gym is fully equipped and well maintained. The level of hygiene is top-notch.

All staff are very respectful and always prepared to go above and beyond, creating a genuinely pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. While there were no issues with any staff, there were a handful of individuals who truly stood out and went above and beyond, making the stay for me and my family even more enjoyable. A special thanks for your fantastic hospitality to the following people:

Tami and Hadi – from the front desk/customer services; they were exceptionally welcoming and consistently supportive.

Nanda and Senti – in food and dining, particularly during breakfast, providing outstanding service and always happy to prepare anything in any way requested.

Bagus and Adi – thank you for the wonderful morning yoga sessions and your additional guidance.

Rio – from the Skai Bar, for his friendly manner and excellent service.

I travel on average two to three times a year with my family and have stayed at many resorts and hotels across the world. I would personally rank Padma Resort as one of my top 10 hotels for layout and overall service/experience. I will definitely revisit on my return to Bali in the near future. A very well-deserved five stars from me. Thank you to everyone for your wonderful, warm, and caring service. Keep up the great work.

Beautiful Padma Legian! My wife and I with family and friends have been here a few times now we keep coming back. Why? timeless Balinese architecture the best staff who remember you. Everything you would want in a resort great food great pools close to restaurants & shopping. Recommend anyone coming to Bali for the first time or the second time if you haven’t tried Padma do yourself a favour! Did I mention the discount you get from coming back for the second and subsequent times pretty much pays for your drinks?

be very careful when checking in and getting sucked in to paying for a room up grade !! we were told to upgrade to the pool lagoon room it would only be $20000 extra per night however was charged $200000 per night charged to our credit card 💳 both my husband & i questioned at the time so it’s only $20 australian per night ?? she responded twice yes that’s correct 👍 evidently not $600 australian 🇦🇺 extra on our accomodation & the room we had previously was actually much better than the up ⬆️ grade .. lesson learnt .

You are the staff who treat us like family. It’s your smiles. It’s the genuine joy over the past 15 years since our kids were little to now being 25 years old and us coming back to share Christmas with you again this year. It’s the laughter from attempting yoga with Bagus together as a family in the morning to the best breakfast in the world in my husbands eyes, to David creating his magic with his cocktail moves at the Skai bar, to Mardika the chef, Hari & Dharma at the teppanyaki cooking up A feast for us. It’s all the options on offer to entertain us from tennis to archery and the gym, to the flower petal spa experience.

We have stayed at Padma many times and recently visited for our honeymoon - as always it was amazing!

In addition to the wonderful facilities and breakfast, what sets this place apart from other resorts is the amazing staff who go above and beyond for their guests.

We spent many afternoons by the pool enjoying happy hour. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to the pool bar staff, Pendi, Arya and Nova, who went above and beyond each day to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness, great sense of humour and amazing customer service made our trip even more memorable and we are so pleased we got to meet them during our stay.

We can’t wait to return and hopefully see them again.

Also thank you to Katon for cleaning our room to a fantastic standard and the adorable towel animals left for us.

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary here. From the moment we arrived at about 1AM in the morning (due to delayed flight), this resort felt like home. The people are all just so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a deluxe chalet, which was so clean and very spacious, and well designed. The whole resort is just so picturesque, just so green and lush. The location is amazing as it is right on the beach, which was visible from the amazing infinity pool. The resort is very secure as there are guards on duty 24 hours a day. We booked through the Padma app, which was the cheapest and included transfers and daily breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. So many options to choose from and friendly staff cleaning and assisting everyone with whatever they needed. We wanted a very relaxing break, and that's exactly what we got at the Padma. The restaurants were amazing, and the choice of 5 pools has one that suits every family situation. Loved this resort, highly recommended and we will be back....

It was a nice short escape.
The location is good, although at the southwest of padma, there was some people who want ur mone if u wanna use "their road", its just innapropriate in 2025.
Rooms was great, Kak Dewi suggested to upgrade the room to chalete residence and turns out super worth it. Cleanliness was just padma standard, so far so good. I think because we upgrade the room and joining the residence program, we got A LOT of sensatia amenities, super happy. Service was good, not the same as Padma Ubud, but its enough. Thank you Kak Dewi receptionist and Bli Agung housekeeping.

It's fun and our guide (Susila) is excellent. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Most likely will join for cycling activity again.

I had an amazing time at the Padma Hotel in Legian. The service was outstanding, especially from Ajung, our waiter, who was always friendly, kind, and attentive. He regularly checked to see if we needed anything, which made the experience even better. We also went on a morning bike ride with Yoga as our instructor. Yoga did a great job showing us around Seminyak and the temples, which were beautiful. The coach in the gym was very friendly and encouraging, always willing to help. There was also a sauna room, which was excellent and very relaxing.

We always have the best experiences every time we stay at Padma Hotel in Legian. This time it was visit number 6. There were many staff members who were so wonderful. Among them was Retna Palupi, Angga, Yuni from the deli Chrisna from the Deli, Ika, so many from the Breakfast room ( Donbui), Wanda, Sastra, Edi from the Club Lounge, and many more

My stay at Padma Hotel was truly memorable. The staff Rento, Senti and Sariani were warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, which were well-maintained and added an extra level of comfort to the experience. Overall, Padma Hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and tranquility.

We have just returned from our nine day holiday at Padma resort and as always it was an amazing experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The facilities are fantastic. We stayed in a lagoon access room with Club lounge benefits. We met many lovely people enjoying their holiday as much as us. We would like to thank Mr Sumei who from the time we arrived looked after us and made our holiday even more special. He is a great asset to Padma resort and always goes extra to make sure all the guests feel the same way as us. We would also like to thank Yeni, Yasa, Satya, Maggie and the always smiling Ika.
We also met Ratna at the Donbiu who is new to the Padma team who we could not speak highly enough of and wish her well at her new position.

Our second stay at the beautiful Padma, Legion.
What a wonderful time we had, with the best service from the most gracious staff, who are only too willing to help, with everything you need to make your stay a success.
It was great to see Sumei still there in the Club Lounge, skilfully keeping everything under control and adeptly assisted by Agus and the rest of the smiling, happy staff.
New for us this time was the Skai Bar & Grill, where we spent many an hour indulging in our favourite night caps!
Once again the service was top notch and the ever smiling Sari made sure we felt like VIP's....
Thanks to all at the Padma, Legion, from those in reception right through to back of house, for making this a most memorable stay.
We will see you all again in 2026 ..............

Had a great time at the Padma which was made extra special by the staff. Met Arya on our first night there in the infinity pool bar he was very entertaining and made sure to look after us for our entire stay thanks Arya for making it extra special can’t wait to come and catch up with you. Definitely recommend the Padma perfect location walking distance to everything and great facilities if you don’t even want to leave the resort.
