Perfect relaxation holiday 🌼
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, chalets lovely, very friendly atmosphere. Great selection of eating places. Property location was great to shopping beach restaurants.

Pros:

Linen was luxurious, cocktails plentiful, and a pool for any holiday type! I preferred the quieter lagoon pool, but there’s also an adults only sky infinity pool, and a larger main pool for social groups!

​I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at Padma Resort Legian. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we were blown away by the level of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth shown by every single member of the team. If you are looking for a resort that combines luxury with a heart of gold, this is it.
​Unmatched Excellence in Allergy Safety
​The absolute standout for us—and the reason we will be lifelong fans—was how the resort handled our complex dietary requirements. Traveling overseas with severe allergies can be incredibly stressful, but the team at Padma turned that stress into complete peace of mind.
​We had to navigate gluten-free, lactose-free, and an anaphylactic allergy to MSG. In many places, this would be a logistical nightmare, but the Padma team "nailed it" at every single venue. From the sprawling breakfast buffet to the fine dining options at dinner, the chefs were proactive and diligent. They didn’t just wait for us to ask; they came out to check in on us personally, ensuring every meal was safe, delicious, and prepared with the utmost care. To feel that level of safety while on vacation is rare, and the culinary team’s dedication was truly outstanding.

​The service here is impeccable, but it’s the friendliness of the staff that makes it special. We want to give a massive shoutout to Yogi and Gus at the pool. They were absolutely amazing with our son, making his holiday so much more fun and engaging. Their energy and kindness didn't go unnoticed, and they are a credit to the guest service team.

What a wonderful holiday. The hotel was everything you could wish for. Amazing staff, attentive and helpful. The pools were brilliant, beautiful gardens, amazing breakfast. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom, loads of complimentary water. The day spa was divine. Can’t fault it

I’ve been to both the Padma Legian & Padma Ubud
Excellent food , the breakfast is exceptional, so much to choose from including diary free options
Restaurants are great , everything from Japanese , buffet themed evenings & by the pool food
The Padma Spa offers the best warm stone massage I’ve ever had ( wonderful masseuse named Kris )
The gardens, scenery & rooms are beautifully maintained
Huge King bed , lovely linen and pillows. Housekeeping did a fabulous efficient & discreet cleaning. We were greeted with smiles from all the staff

Only thing would be the offer for upgrading my room wasn’t given & I’d have done this.

バリ島にはこれまで10回以上訪れていますが、ここは私にとってただのホテルではなく、“帰る場所”です。
チェックインの瞬間、日本語対応スタッフのTedyさん、Istiさん、Sumeiさん、そしてラウンジスタッフの皆さんが「お帰りなさい」と迎えてくださるその一言で、一気に心がほどけて、ここに戻ってきたんだと実感します。
母子2人での滞在でも不安は一切なく、いつも温かく見守っていただき、まるで家族のように安心して過ごすことができました。ファミリーにも本当におすすめできるホテルです。
美しく整えられたガーデン、清潔で心地よい空間、美味しいお食事。どれも素晴らしいですが、このホテルの一番の魅力は間違いなく“人”だと思います。
長年通っていますが、変わらない優しさと心遣いに、毎回心を動かされています。
いつも温かく迎えてくださり、本当にありがとうございます。
また「ただいま」と言える日を、心から楽しみにしています。

Staff, pools, breakfast and situation of the resort was good.
Pros:

The location of Padma was one of the reasons I booked here to take my 4 Granddaughters aged 9,11,16 &21 as it’s closed to the beach and shopping area.
On arrival at Padma we were greeted by lovely staff but when I actually went to book in it all when rapidly down hill then.
We flew from Melbourne leaving at 9am, after being told by Garuda our flight was at 5.30am, but whilst on route the airport it changed to 9am.
Anyway I digress.

We finally get to the check-in counter to be told that there were no two rooms with connection in doors that I requested from my Travel Agent.
Not only that but for some reason they had the rooms booked in my 16 and 21 year olds names!! Then to be told there was no two rooms with a connecting door available and that I should ring my TA that it was their fault. Because they inform Expedia what is needed by the travellers.
When hearing this I absolutely refused them that I would ring my TA and insisted that I want the situation rectified as I’d paid a very large sum of money for 5 of us to stay from 30 March until 9 April.
The man at the desk kept on insisting it was my TA who made the mistake. Who by the way I’ve been using for close to 20 years and in that time hasn’t made one mistake with my travel bookings. He kept apologising that nothing could be done.

I wanted my 3 Granddaughters aged 9,11 & 21 in one room as they are sisters and my 16yr old one and myself in another room via a connecting door. He kept saying sorry we haven’t got any, but we have two rooms on separate floors.
Well I then saw red and lost my patience insisting on seeing the manager.

He came out and was explained by his employee what was going on. Well we went through the whole situation again, this time with me threatening to insist on asking for. refund and myself and the girls going elsewhere. Meanwhile the girls had been very good even though they had been getting restless after about 45 minutes at this stage.

They finally found 2 rooms with a connecting door but the only problem was they had. King size bed in one room and 2 singles in the other in which they could put another slightly smaller single bed into.
I was hot tired and over everything that I just relented and said yes.

The only thing they wouldn’t do was changed the names on the reservations to my name as my TA made the mistake on the original booking to my 16 year old name.
So I said well if that’s the case maybe I’ll let her pay the bills at the end because she has no job as she still in school so let’s see what happens. The manager just looked blank.
I was over all this and for my families sake I just accepted it and we were shown or rooms.
The staff were pleasant enough all over the resort which was nice.
The breakfasts were very nice each morning.
There was once young guy who asked us if we would give him a review on his performance etc. But because we were out and about all day and got back to our room it took use 3 or four days to do it. Well he was very pleasant getting our coffees and kept asking each day had we done his reviews? We kept explaining why and he said that’s ok same again for the next couple of days. It did become a bit annoying as we just wanted to enjoy a nice family breakfast.

The last time he came to us and asked again we politely said yes we had done it the night before. So he said thank you and we never saw him again. Which was a bit cheeky of him, but I guess we understood.

In summary I wouldn’t stay here again because of it being horrible overpriced.
