Pros:

Excellent location on a quiet street, but within a short walking distance to everything, including the craziness, of Patong. Very helpful, courteous and efficient staff. Well appointed suites with all conveniences. Good breakfast with variety, nice restaurant with live music in the evening.

Great value for money, excellent staff and location, with only minor issues
Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Patong and overall had a very positive experience.

We stayed in two different room types, both of which were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The value for money is excellent, and the prices are fair.

One minor issue was that there was occasionally a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, housekeeping is only available until 5 PM, which may be less flexible in some situations.

Aside from this, everything else met our expectations.

The staff truly made our stay special — they were attentive, kind, and highly professional throughout. I would especially like to thank Faye for her outstanding service and attention to detail, as well as Sonia and Dawan for their kindness and support.

The hotel is very well located, with everything within easy reach, and the rooms are well soundproofed, which is a big plus.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you for everything!

Na ja, es ist halt patong. Wie alles ist es zu teuer für das was man bekommt, mehr Schein als sein.

Die Lage ist für patong ruhig, dennoch ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war Sauber und groß.

Kein Wasserdruck, fast kein warmes Wasser, die Düsen am Regenwasser Duschkopf sind fast alle verstopft. Das gelobte Frühstück ist nur ausreichend

רמת חדרים גבוהה ביחס לתאילנד, מאוד נהננו מהשהייה שלנו שם והרגשנו בנוח.

המלון נמצא בלב העניינים בפוקט, מרחק הליכה מקום מקום. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד והיו קשובים לכל בקשה שלנו. כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר שהיו עבודות בבניין הצמוד- דבר שיצר המון רעש. פנינו אל הצוות ואמרנו שהגענו אחרי טיסה ארוכה ורועש מאוד ככה שאנחנו לא יכולים לישון. אחרי רבע שעה שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה בבניין הראשי שהיתה יפה ושקטה.

Lovely professional staff, the restaurant particularly lovely lady who takes the orders she’s really sweet.
Sorry I don’t know your names. The young lads too very good.
Also very sweet young girl on the breakfast shift.
Food of I high standard 🙏🙏

Our apartment was T204 there is a building site next door. People should be told of the noise before booking
