Horrible attitude from the reception. I booked a room with a balcony. On arrival we found out that the room was 5m2 smaller than advertised and of course there was no balcony in the room. At the reception they ignored our request to change the room and refused to give us the contact details of the hotel management. Beware of this hotel.
