Door persons worked very hard.

Female staff seen in tears a few times.
Bath not clean.
Otherwisecroom OK.
Stayed two nights. Flying out at 2000. Son very unwell. Asked if could pay for a day until 2000. Told hotel fully booked. Had no spare rooms.
Asked if I payed for another night would there be room. Informed yes, rooms available.
Charged for things we did not use from the mini bar.
Restaurant closed for private function and expensive.
Second floor, informed by staff, a 'massage for men' is available. No issues for those looking for that type of spa./ massage, but there was a solid line of men coming and going.
Not passing moral judgement. If you book here, just be aware.
Sure there are better hotels available.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location and area is nice and the hotel is close to bus stations and convenience stores. It is also close to bus services to Phnom Phen.
