Pros:

El personal fue muy agradable a nuestra llegada, la recepción del hotel da una imagen más moderna. Está al lado de muchos restaurantes de Puerto de la Cruz. La habitación un poco pequeña, pero suficiente, y limpia. El baño antiguo pero grande.

Cons:

Básicamente el hotel es viejo, le hace falta una reforma, sobretodo unas ventanas nuevas. Apenas se podía abrir y cerrar la ventana de la habitación, y no aíslan nada de nada. Es una calle ruidosa y se oía todo. El desayuno estaba incluido, lo cual es un detalle, pero tampoco podrían cobrar mucho por lo que ofrecen, creo que hay mucho margen de mejora.

La señora del restaurante, la única de toda la plantilla que atiende a huéspedes para los demás solo somos clientes

Cons:

No tiene párking, dos ascensores de más de 100 años y un tercero que según dice el personal existe pero para empleados, para las maletas, los cochecito de bebes y minusválidos hay escaleras, rampas en la entrada para luego tener que usar escaleras, de locos.
Alquilé dos habitaciones para matrimonio con una hija y un bebé y nos colocaron en dos zulos, peor que una carcel, con rejas oxidadas...
Si buscas tranquilidad para descansar o trabajar aquí imposible, el extractor del baño demasiado ruido y pocas nueces, las instalaciones obsoletas y el personal muy déspota, la zona es muy ruidosa y los desayunos frios y de muy mala gana, y para calentar un biberón un calienta aguas sucio que no usé obviamente, el precio es demasiado elevado para un servicio tan lamentable...

Pros:

Funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos. O quarto era bom e estava tudo bem organizado. Fiquei hospedada para ir ao Loro Parque, que fica a cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada. É um pouco longe, mas eu já sabia disso antes de fazer a reserva.
