A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodation address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For more information regarding accommodation for guests with reduced mobility, please contact the property. Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day. Please note that for stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

i really didnt understand hotel d policy about changing sheets. If you stay more than 4 days , hotel dont give you any sheets and make cleaning, that s why , i made 3 days reservation on my name and my wife did 2 days in plus.. otherwise we couldnt get sheets and we will be charge for cleaning costs.

Très déçu par la gestion de mon séjour, reclassement pas en correspondance avec le lieu, pas de wifi

Le personnelle l'agence vacancéole est accueillant (mais ça ne fait pas tout).

Cons:

L'appartement réservé au Saint Clair initialement a été reclassé dans un autre établissement "Savanna Beach II". On a omis de m'informé qu'il se situait à presque 4 km de l'Etablissement choisi initialement et qu'il n' y avait pas le Wifi. Certes le logement était plus grand, ce dont je n'avait pas besoin. 50 min à pied pour se rendre au port (site initialement choisi) ou 10 min en voiture pour se stationner sur un parking payant. La télécommande du portail ne fonctionnait pas, le linge de lit n'était pas au complet, il n'y avait pas de notice d'utilisation des appareils. L'entretien des communs se fait à grandes eaux, c'est la pataugeoire au moment des retours de la plages (17-18h).
