La playa la cerraron por contaminación de las aguas el día 28. Nosotros llegamos el día 30 y no nos habían avisado. Fue muy frustrante porque habíamos reservado este hotel porque estaba en frente de esta playa. Lo peor de todo fue que lo hablé con los del hotel y me dijeron que no avisaron porque desconocían el motivo por el que la gente había reservado en su hotel, cuando en realidad deberían haber avisado a todo el mundo. Nosotros comentamos que íbamos sin coche, la solución que nos dieron fue ir a una playa cercana. Cuando fuimos estaba llena de cristales, rocas y con una marea tan baja que apenas tenía agua para bañarse, por lo que tuvimos que coger autobuses de más de 50 minutos para bañarnos en una playa decente.

Nous regrettons que la plage soit interdite à la baignade et que la demi-pension ne propose pas une variété suffisante de repas, le buffet étant répétitif.
Las habitaciones son amplias y están perfectas, la localización excelente y sobre todo recalcar la amabilidad del personal, en concreto la compañera de recepción Sandra, muy cercana y amable

Most of all the staff are so nice allowing us to stay around the hotel after check out time on the lovely roof terrace until it was time to go to the airport
Funnily enough we got a little lost trying to get to the bus terminal and were given a lift by a gentleman whose brother in law owns this hotel such a lovely gesture
Anyhow dont hesitate to book this hotel others in Arrecife dont compare
