sehr zentral am schönen Sandstrand, ebenfalls unweit viel kleiner Strand,bars und Restaurants mit guter Qualität.
Zur Marina 15 Minuten ebenfalls schön am Meer entlang.
Hygienisch saubere Poolzone auf dem Dach.
Sehr saubere Zimmer und umfangreiches Morgen Buffet.
Personal war überwiegend freundlich, aber nicht so motiviert und passioniert.

El atendiniento y la comodidad
El no poder tener una habitación de cortesía, una ducha y un aseo al menos.
Desayuno de buena calidad, presentación y entorno agradable. Lo mejor, la ubicación, en el mismo paseo marítimo y centro de Arrecife. El personal muy amable y resolutivo. Limpieza diaria de la habitación. Por encima de un tres estrellas normal. Las instalaciones, impecables. Se nota que ha sido reformado recientemente.
El aparcamiento. Es la zona de Lanzarote más difícil para aparcar. Pero como alternativa hay un parking subterráneo muy cerca como opción, a 14 euros el día. No es excesivamente caro y está junto al hotel. En las habitaciones, falta algo para colgar ropa de baño, o el bañador y la toalla cuando vienes de la piscina, ya que en algunas habitaciones no hay terraza.
The room was spacious and clean, the balcony was cute. The breakfast and dinner were great. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. In the heart of Arrecife, close to both sides of the island.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft, but that is just my preference.
La ubicación es excelente.
Pocos amenities y los que tiene son de baja calidad como el gel para cuerpo y cabeza. Tampoco tiene muchas opciones para colgar ropa en el baño, tienen que tener un cuenta que es un sitio de playa y vienes con ropa mojada y no hay donde colgarla. Sólo el colgador de las toallas del baño.
Tampoco creo que deban ofrecer abrillantadores de zapatos en un sitio de playa, cuando vas todo el tiempo con zapatos descubiertos. Les aconsejo que ofrezcan otros tipos de amenities y mejoren el gel. No estaría mal que ofrecieran crema corporal o cepillos de dientes.
