Buena estancia en una excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Pocos amenities y los que tiene son de baja calidad como el gel para cuerpo y cabeza. Tampoco tiene muchas opciones para colgar ropa en el baño, tienen que tener un cuenta que es un sitio de playa y vienes con ropa mojada y no hay donde colgarla. Sólo el colgador de las toallas del baño.
Tampoco creo que deban ofrecer abrillantadores de zapatos en un sitio de playa, cuando vas todo el tiempo con zapatos descubiertos. Les aconsejo que ofrezcan otros tipos de amenities y mejoren el gel. No estaría mal que ofrecieran crema corporal o cepillos de dientes.

Great food, ideal location and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, the balcony was cute. The breakfast and dinner were great. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. In the heart of Arrecife, close to both sides of the island.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft, but that is just my preference.

From start to finish the hotel couldn’t do enough for us

En general todo muy bien, hemos estado muy comodos, el personal de recepción muy amables, personal de restaurante también super amables, esta muy bien situado, el bufet de la noche no es muy grande, pero estaba todo muy bueno y limpio

Great stay at Arrecife beach!
Pros:

Very good location, exeptional friendly staff (restaurant, housekeeping, reception) - really everyone was very kind. For a 3-star hotel this was a great value for money.
One of the best buffet breakfast on our summer holiday ever.
