Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
Die direkte Umgebung fanden wir nicht so ansprechend und fußläufig ist es zur Innenstadt doch recht weit. Besonders schade fanden wir allerdings das der Pool trotz hochsommerlicher Temperaturen noch nicht geöffnet war, da dieser der ausschlaggebende Grund für die Buchung dieses Hotels war (leider bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich oder übersehen)
Für einen kurzen Zwischenstop ideal.
The UNA Hotel is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Varese for business, and for good reason. In my personal experience, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is ample parking available both in front of the hotel and in the underground garage.
The location is particularly convenient for those arriving via Switzerland, with easy access from the main routes. The city center is within reasonable walking distance, making it ideal for an evening stroll after a long day at work.
The breakfast buffet offers a good selection and has everything you need to start the day. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, and the beds ensure a restful night's sleep.
Overall, a reliable and highly recommended hotel for business travelers visiting the Varese area.
There are very few restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel. Some of the in-room technology can be a little unreliable. I have had to replace my room key on several occasions, even though I did not keep it near my mobile phone. In a few rooms, the air conditioning could not be adjusted by the guest, which was slightly inconvenient.
And on a lighter note: the billiard table could use an upgrade. With pockets that small, potting a ball feels almost impossible! 😉

Quiet hotel with comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, parking and outstanding service.
We needed information and assistance from the reception on a few cases, some of which were a medical emergency, which were provided promptly, effectively, with great professionalism and genuine care. Mathias and Valentina in particular were extremely helpful and made us feel completely secure.
This, combined with the comfort of our room, fully confirmed our choice to stay at this hotel.
Additionally, the location is an excellent base for trips to Northern Italy and Switzerland.
The pool should have been indoors
Le confort de la chambre, les équipements t proposé ainsi que l insonorisation. La salle de sport avec ces horaires d ouvertures. Et le petit déjeuner etait tres bien aussi.
La piscine qui etait vraiment tres fraîche. Et quand on arrive un peu tard il manque des choses au petit déjeuner, un peu dommage

Very nice swimming pool the water was a little cool
The bed is comfortable, the room is well designed. There is a lot of elevators, the staff is nice and smiling.
There are a lot of parking spots near the entrance. The dinner was very delicious.
The swimming pool is too small, there were problems with the ceiling at the reception and there was a big hole in it that rain water came through.
