The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Lovely Breakfast. The staff went above and beyond our expectations throughout our stay.

Albergo fantastico, pieno di storia e cultura. Posizione fantastica, in una zona sicura e piena di vita. La camera non è grandissima ma ha tutto il necessario, bagno con doppio lavandino, doccia spaziosa e vasca. Personale gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Merita una visita tutto l'albergo: ogni piano è arredato magnificamente, il cortile interno è magico. Lì viene servita la colazione, con una parte a buffer e possibilità di scegliere piatti preparati sul momento da un vasto menù! Spero di poterci tornare un giorno.

Great staff and breakfast but a bit noisy during the night.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Cons:

Sadly where the hotel is located is over a pub and we had people shouting and fighting during the night which woke us up so we didn’t sleep.

Pros:

Location is great, decoration and the heritage elements are also very well done. Staff is really great and professional. Breakfast is also good.

Cons:

Our room was facing the backdoor bar, so it's very NOISY until 11pm. After that, you can hear the nearby night clubs. Great for single couples but not for families with children. Hard to sleep early.

Wonderful and the house keeping were the best lovely ladies ever!
Pros:

The breakfast was beautiful with a lot of choice and any cooked requests arrived quickly and fresh.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order. And some of the front desk staff could me more friendly - the younger staff I’m thinking of. Maybe it was shyness but a smiles and a welcome would go a long way. The house keeping staff were exceptional and so friendly.

They did say it was going to be noisy as we were in the hub of the Business District but they didn’t say it was literally downstairs, they supplied us with ear plugs
