Je regrette vraiment mon expérience, car j’ai payé excessivement cher pour se faire mépriser sur tous les sens.

L’emplacement est magnifique pour les voyageur overnight. Rien à dire

Cons:

Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé, surtout lorsque le petit déjeuner n’est même pas inclus. À cela s’ajoute l’attitude arrogante de certains membres du personnel. Lorsque les clients paient pour un service, ils attendent au minimum du respect et une qualité à la hauteur du tarif demandé.
Le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous. Par exemple, placer une Bible dans la chambre peut être discutable : tous les clients ne sont pas chrétiens. Soit vous proposez une approche plus neutre, soit vous veillez à représenter différentes traditions, sinon il serait plus simple de ne mettre aucun livre religieux.
De la même manière, la présence de bière et d’alcool dans la chambre ne correspond pas forcément aux attentes de tous les voyageurs. Il serait peut-être plus pertinent de proposer une attention simple et universelle, comme une petite collation, un chocolat ou quelque chose à grignoter. Après un voyage, beaucoup de clients apprécieraient pouvoir manger un petit quelque chose avant de ressortir chercher un restaurant.
Actuellement, deux sachets de tisane de qualité moyenne ne donnent pas l’impression d’une réelle attention au client, surtout compte tenu du prix de la chambre. À ce niveau tarifaire, soit certains services devraient être offerts, soit les prix devraient être revus à la baisse.
La proximité de l’emplacement ne devrait pas être une justification pour pratiquer des tarifs aussi élevés sans offrir un service correspondant. Lorsque la réservation est faite longtemps à l’avance, il serait également appréciable de pouvoir adapter certains éléments du séjour aux besoins ou aux préférences des clients.

Care should be taken on its prime location.
Pros:

We love this hotel for its unbeatable location right inside Montréal–Trudeau International Airport. The food is excellent — one of the best beef burgers we’ve had. The entire staff is absolutely lovely.

Cons:

We have stayed here many times, but this time, for the first time, the bed was disastrous (room 855). The mattress was very old, soft, and sagging. In addition, the mattress topper was missing, which might have improved the situation. As a result, at 1:30 a.m., we simply couldn’t sleep.

We therefore changed rooms and moved to 850, where the mattress was much closer to the standards of the Montreal Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel. That said, you can feel that the hotel is starting to age a bit. Care should be taken on its prime location.

Cons:

Booking.com and the hotel reservation system did not link properly and the hotel could not find our reservation. It took half an hour to check in. In the end they had to rebook it at the hotel. NOT a good experience!

Don’t if you want to sleep

The disco reverberated into our room (615) so no chance of sleep until it finished at 10pm. Not helpful after a transatlantic flight. No one answers the phone to help (mailboxes full) so had to get dressed to go down to reception. Staff really weren’t bothered to help.
The mattresses need changing as you can feel the springs through the top.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but half it was available until nearly 7am and half the hot buffet was cold

Very convenient location
Pros:

Its location was the selling point for us. We were travelling early the next day and could not have made it to the airport for our flight unless we left at 2am in the morning so we looked for a place to stay the night before. This hotel is literally attached to the airport and you can walk from the hotel directly into the airport and then on to check in to your flight. This is fantastic.

Cons:

Cost was high, but then again so was the convenience. We felt the hotel's restaurant was lacking in variety of food and the food was only so so.
