Pros:

I left my chargers in the room, and the hotel and they were in the post within the hour. Most appreciative.

Room was large.

Cons:

Rabbit warren to get to room which was basically basement level. Stairs which weren’t mentioned. No reception staff. Mini bar kept turning itself off. Tv kept freezing on first day then came good. My medications thankfully stayed okay but are supposed to be kept refrigerated and would have been expensive to replace. Four star rating a joke! Felt very unsafe to leave room at night plus pool not available but restaurant had reopened but we didn’t use it.

Appalling hotel, dont stay there.
Pros:

Restaurant and bar were OK, but you couldn't just have a drink, you could only drink if you dined. Meal was decent.

Cons:

Everything else. Run down. Pool was empty and putrid. 'Gardens' neglected and barren. 2 rooms booked. Both were downstairs in the basement near the gym, and only accessible by firestairs and heavy doors. Disgraceful if you were at all disabled.

Very poor service.
Cons:

Upon arrival, a departing staff member informed me that the hotel had flooded and that rooms were no longer available. No attempt had been made to contact me in advance. I have since been unable to reach the hotel regarding a refund.

This place should not be called a Hotel. It is more like an apartment with self check in. It was a strange building whereby I had to find my way through 5 or 6 doors just to get to my room. This is a bit much when you have large bag. Some items in the room were damaged too which seemed odd. General wear and tear but still. The gated balcony had a broken window too. The whole place had a weird vibe. And what is with the TV - doesnt anyone watch free to air anymore!

Spacious and extremely comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with beautiful views. Was well beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Not much to do or see in Georgetown.

Room sizes are huge, great space in the bedroom and bathroom.
We could imagine during peak season when the bar and restaurant are open, there would be a vibe perhaps, but unfortunately we were not advised till we arrived that they weren't open so it was a bit disappointing for us.

Cons:

No notification nothing was open. Given a ground floor room with a view onto the closed pool. Would have been lovely to have an upper floor room with a view to take away some of the disappointment. The place felt souless with nothing open

Pros:

Massive room.

Cons:

Hotel is nowhere near restaurants or cafes.
Room was in basement with only a view of a closed swimming pool.
Nothing in the hotel was open for the entire duration of our stay. No bar. No bistro. No reception.
No car parking near the room and we had to negotiate stairs and 3 doors to get to and from the room.
