Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport/FGCU

From Mia at the front desk when we checked in, to Austin in the restaurant/bar, we had an exceptional experience!

We needed an early shuttle, plus somewhere to eat, and have a drink. Bingo!!! had it all!!

Older hotel, online check in was unavailable, got to the hotel to check in and the computers were down so had to leave and return later, front desk was frustrated and rude. No conditioner in shower, a bit too late to request. Overall was okay, but would not stay at this location again.

Great service by server, Austin. Prompt, responsive and full of insight. We stay at this chain often and the service is average. Austin was exceptional.

We had a short, two-night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful in checking us in and getting us the perfect room for us. We needed assistance with a change to our reservation and Mia took care of us efficiently and effectively. The location is very convenient to several restaurants and the highway. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a special experience! Fantastic shuttle driver! A big shout out to Mia and Jinky for naming me the guest of the day. A lovely surprise after a very long day of business travel. The goodie bag was generous. What I appreciated is that they recognized and thanked me for being a loyalty member.

Say hello to Austin at the bar!!! Ruff w/e and he made it soooo much better!!! Let’s stop pretending; people have stopped caring about what they do. And in the service industry it’s a must! People want to get tipped over 20% to do absolutely nothing, but then you see people like Austin who know what they’re doing and love what they do and it radiates off him! Learn something from him✅✅✅✅✅

This hotel has recently renovated rooms and is very nice. Housekeeping does an excellent job cleaning (Ailen is great!) and staff is very attentive.

Miss Yolanda and Mama Mia are very sweet and professional. Though I waited a bit for my room, They got me one right together. The room was very clean and had a nice view. Very nice hotel. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean the staff excellent

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I was staying in room 528. The shower had low pressure as half of the water was coming out of the shower head and the other half was coming out of the faucet. The water coming from the faucet was very loud adding to the pain of my migraine . I called in the complaint. Someone came to inspect the complaint in my absence. I noticed that a few things at the tub were disheveled. However, there was no corrective measures taken.
I went downstairs and conversed with Paola. She was very pleasant and understanding. She did not hesitate to assign me to another room directly across the hall (room 529) so I could stay in close proximity to my family. Once I changed rooms, I was able to enjoy a quiet hot shower and rest after a long day of grieving the loss of my uncle.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk agents. Moma Mia and Paola checked me in and gave me great recommendations for dinner and things to do in the area. You can tell both these ladies love their job and enjoy making people feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very attentive. Way to go Hilton!

Have a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn/FGCU. ROOM was nice and clean. I meet Austin the bartender they have and he was great. Very attentive and interacting with customers. Glasses were clean and drinks were made very well. Will definitely stay again.
