I would like to say the lighting at the bar is too bright. You should seriously have a way to dim the lights and make the bar feel more intimate and casual.
Aryana at the front desk was super sweet and helpful when we had to change rooms from a king to two queens. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a great experience. Aryana made it just a bit nicer this time. ❤️

Third year of staying here for Red Sox spring training. Excellent value, great staff, very clean. Thanks to Monica for the great breakfast service each year. Traveling solo when use of a cane is necessary is challenging; moving luggage and carrying food to the room. So I was very appreciative and grateful when Kelmy A. stepped in and offered assistance. He brought my bags to my room and delivered dinner from the hotel restaurant. It made my stay much easier.
Additionally, the room was spacious, comfy bed and delicious dinner. Considering close proximity to airport, barely heard the planes.
Only suggestion is to let a person know when checking in about breakfast being included. It was never brought to my attention.
My family and I are visiting from out of town, and during our stay our car battery died because one of my kids accidentally left the car door open. I was very stressed and honestly started crying because we were far from home and using my mother’s older car.
Two amazing maintenance team members, Ed Beebe and Mike Valverde, came to help us. They went to get jumper cables and stayed outside with me until the car finally started. They were so patient, kind, and reassuring, and they didn’t leave my side until they knew everything was okay.
Their kindness truly meant the world to me and my family. This kind of customer service is rare, and it turned a very stressful moment into something I’ll always remember. Thank you Ed and Mike for going above and beyond. You are both incredible!
Wife was injured when hardware from lounge chair base came loose and fell backwards, without warning. Another guest who witnessed this reported the incident to management. 20 minutes later, Asst Manager, Casey Matheson came out to pool area to check on my wife. My wife told Casey that her neck was jarred and sore. Casey offered us a free upgrade, which we declined. Casey advised us that pool chairs were in need of replacement. No further contact from Hilton regarding this. Disappointed in response from management at this property. Please you caution if you use the pool chairs at this property!!
From Mia at the front desk when we checked in, to Austin in the restaurant/bar, we had an exceptional experience!
We needed an early shuttle, plus somewhere to eat, and have a drink. Bingo!!! had it all!!
We did have an issue with the gal at the counter later in the day. My friend asked about the shuttle and the gal was very rude to her.
Older hotel, online check in was unavailable, got to the hotel to check in and the computers were down so had to leave and return later, front desk was frustrated and rude. No conditioner in shower, a bit too late to request. Overall was okay, but would not stay at this location again.
Great service by server, Austin. Prompt, responsive and full of insight. We stay at this chain often and the service is average. Austin was exceptional.
