The convenience of the location was good
There was dirt in the icemaker and the continental breakfast was $10 per person, and the Kramer was curdled in the coffee
Very comfortable and relaxing property, great location, nice and friendly employees, especially thanks to Austin, bartender, and Avery, the cook, for making my stay memorable
The reservation process over the phone directly with the hotel was a pleasurable experience. When I walked in O was greeted by YOLANDA and she is TOP NOTCH. Please meet her if you can. The room was extremely clean, very well equipped and stocked full of k-cups which I needed the caffeine boost!
Breakfast in the morning was tasty and I was immediately greeted by staff. Who could ask for more?

The location
Having to check out towels from front desk for pool and returning them while still wet in our bathing suits
Pool being dirty
Jacuzzi not working (reason why I rented this hotel)
Only two towels in actual room had to go down stairs to get more towels
So much clutter around the pool including chemicals for pool exposed everywhere
Pool having a bad smell as well
Left a blanket at hotel and called to ask if I could pick it up later they said housekeeping told them there was no blanket and IT was in fact left behind
Aryana at the front desk is truly amazing! She helped me with our mixed up reservation from Expedia. She spent more than 30 minutes figuring out the issue. She is friendly, kind, and helpful! Plus she is so nice and polite. She is a difference maker! 10/10 for her!

It started with my mistake in reservations.
KEHRY WAS explaining to me what happened and I was frustrated and angry. MIA stepped in and straightened everything out. At 82 I can confuse situations and MIA made us feel so taken care of. KEHRY followed her lead and we could not ask for more friendly professional care than we received from them.
I highly recommend this hotel when MIA & LEHRY are working. Excellent customer service care
