Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

The payment system stole over 500 dollars from me and nobody could explain what was happening and basically said there wasn’t anything I could go about my lost money

Disastrous. Ended up cancelling after trying to check in at 9:00pm and still not being in a room by 10:30 pm.

Nothing. I will never book k her again. Second time in a row with issues.

Cons:

Everything. Manager, front desk, long wait time to check in, keys wouldn’t work. Never got in room. While I waited 3 people complained their TVs didn’t work, 2 the keys didn’t work, 1 checked in and their room was dirty and there was a SNAKE in the front entrance. Oh and a guy walking his dog and taking a piss by a tree near the parking area. Plus when I first checked in, as a single woman, they asked me why I was visiting and where I planned to go. There were about out 10 creepy men around also waiting in line. Made me very uncomfortable. Just crazy. Finally cancelled and decided to just cancel my plans. Do not book here!

It would’ve been a better stay if they had breakfast both days.

Around a lot of stores, good area

Cons:

Wasn’t plenty breakfast, to say breakfast close at 9:30am, at 8am there wasn’t any food both days we were there.

At 5:30 pm a clean room was not ready and I had to wait 30 minutes. There was no explanation, apology or offer of bottled water or anything. The room was open and unlocked when I arrived, not very clean and there were a number of bugs. Very dissatisfied and ended up leaving early.
