Not great.
Pros:

The refrigerator was not functioning. The room thermostat was also malfunctioning, causing the room to become very warm. The lighting did not work as expected. Additionally, the access card had issues functioning properly.

Beautiful hotel but service could be better. Bumpy check in.
Pros:

Loved how modern the rooms were.

Cons:

2 of the lifts were out of service but that wasn’t obvious the lift door was cracked open. A drunk person would try to pry it open and it was an accident waiting to happen.

Shower leaked all over the bathroom.

Not enough people at front of house to help with check in. Our taxi ended up leaving us and our 6 suitcases on the street, it took an additional 15 mins after I asked for help for staff to help. But it was literally because they had no baggage staff.

Don't waste money there. Look for something better
Pros:

Rooms are good, but the helpdesk and overall experience with staff was very poor. They keep promising to send in kettle or any other item you have requested, but even after multiple follow ups. Nobody turns up.

Freezing Cold & No Electricity
Pros:

Customer service was great and they did all they could within their control.The hotel itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. However, there is a known issue of it being freezing in all of the rooms. I was in the Centric Suite & I had so much wind blowing through my closed windows that my drapes were flowing. They give me electric heaters because they know they have a problem with the windows needing to be replaced however, when I plugged in the electric heater, all of the electric electricity went out in my room. I spent majority of my stay in the dark and freezing. I woke up with a severe cold. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the summer, spring, and fall and had no issues, but I would stay clear of this place in the winter.

Room was spacious. Roll down shades. Adjustable lighting. Large shower.

Cons:

Couldn’t adjust air conditioning. Bar was dark and needed some updating. No doorman or umbrellas available. Small check in area.
