Cons:

Couldn’t adjust air conditioning. Bar was dark and needed some updating. No doorman or umbrellas available. Small check in area.

Pros:

Breakfast good and the restaurant service normal , but is good .not bad for me is good .
The hotel front desk service not that professional, with a rude face , this is only thing make me feel bad .

Cons:

Front desk people should be nice or normal, because they are a happy face or smile face will make guess have a good day .
Right I don’t have a good day with checking in . But Hyatt always is nit bad choices. So I didn’t cancel .

Very bad and will not be repeated
Pros:

The Turkish employee is a liar and the old Indian employee is worse than bad in terms of treatment, management and lack of service.

Cons:

The staff, the distance from Times Square, and the price are very, very expensive. Less than a day and a half, more than $1,000.
