Great experience in the city
Pros:

The staff and hotel manager were incredible! The manager had gotten a room for my parents 2 weeks before and greeted us by name and was extremely friendly. Great room! Very clean and nice- good location in the city. We will be back!

One of the best rooms in NYC.
Pros:

Absolutely phenomenal. Spacious room. It was just absolutely great. Great service. Good check-in after some resolutions. Very Flexible checkout. Insane breakfast hours (6am to 11am). Breakfast itself was decent. Lobby is large. I really enjoyed the Hyatt experience here. Much appreciation to the staff who helped.

Pros:

Location ad quality for 5 stars at Fidi great value , staff amazing , don’t recommend the breakfast just step out and you have lots of option room and bed great I was in a suite it was very comfortable and great size for nyc

Hotel, przyjemny, bardzo miła obsługa, niemniej lata świetności ma już za sobą. Pokój z wanną był wspaniały, niestety woda miała tak niskie ciśnienie, ze napełnienie wanny trwało 50 min. Przyjemna siłownia i ogólnie cicho, piękny design pokoju i bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Śniadanie średnie, kawa dostępna tylko do południa. Brak widoków z okna.

If the property won't refund my breakfast money which my breakfast was included in room rate. I wouldn't go live

I lived the property three times. One time was in March 2026 which was good. Other times were on May 20-23 and May 25-27. Last two bookings were disappointed. I booked 2 rooms on May 20-23 and One rom was for May 25-27. I got one room with broken air conditioner on May 29-23 booking. Top of this, my last two bookings were breakfast included deal but the property still charged me on breakfasts during my family staying there. I sent many messages to them. They answered was that we would refunded to you in couple of days but 3 weeks passed, I still haven't received any refunds.

Stay is good, invoicing is bad
Cons:

The checking out and invoicing, there is always a problem … I book a room with breakfast included .. I have breakfast they ask me to sign a bill saying it will be reversed, not sure why, I sign the bill … next thing I know I am charged separately for breakfast, I call to fix it I get one of those stupid AI agents and we don’t get passed the name phase … I get to a person they are very helpful and then I get an invoice showing the breakfast reversed BUT credit card not charged back yet … such a stupid process that ruins what otherwise would have been a lovely experience

Terrible experience. Would never stay at a Hyatt again.
Pros:

Went for a conference that was hosted in the hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. The air conditioning in the room was not working well. I called to inform the front desk of the issue. A technician came and appeared to have fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the issue continued the next day and I, again, informed the front desk. A technician came and he then claimed that some part needed replacement and that he was unable to fix it. We were not moved to another room despite the massive inconvenience (especially with how hot the weekend was).
Very disappointed at the quality of professionalism (or lack thereof) demonstrated. No attempt was made by the hotel to make this unfortunate situation right. I was told upon check-out that someone would be contacting me, but I haven't heard anything from Hyatt.

Pros:

The location was convenient, but overall the experience was disappointing. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and despite multiple requests, coffee was never delivered to the room. One of the more frustrating experiences was being asked by security to stop talking while sitting in the lobby, even though we were simply having a quiet conversation with members of our group who were attending a wedding.

Additionally, the hotel was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Between the lack of hospitality, poor service responsiveness, and noise issues, the stay did not meet expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

Wedding in NYC
Pros:

Modern hotel right in the middle of Financial District and within walking distance of NYSE, Trinity Church, Trade Center, Rivers, etc. We were part of a large wedding and the hotel did a great job of supporting all of the guests and the wedding party across 3 days of wedding activities.
