Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also close to sights that I was there to visit

Cons:

I was not expecting to pay a refundable deposit considering that I had already paid my hotel costs months ahead of time. Then an additional cost was taken out of my account that was suppose to cover a complamary breakfast all refundable after 10 days

Pros:

The location is perfect so quiet but has subway nearby. Many thanks to Raymond on the front desk who was so helpful to us.Breakfast is good buffet or a la carte. Rooms cleaned daily plus fresh towels. We will return.

Cons:

Un des réceptionniste m’a chargé en double c’est qui a bloqué l’argent dans la carte pendant 1 semaine m’empêchant de faire toute les activités prévues. La manager est venue mais aucun geste commercial m’a été proposé pour le désagrément créer par son collègue. Une réceptionniste a bien compris la situation est à été plus à l’écoute que la manager.

Pros:

Huge bathroom. Big rooms.
Heart of the city. Coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance. No NYC police sirens at night. Quiet and yet in centre.

Cons:

Black tiles in the bathroom …. Maybe need more lights all over
