The room was amazing. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Had to leave early in the morning so we missed the breakfast.

Nice,hotel nice room, could be a better location
Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean, the location was not the best area of town, unfortunately though

Cons:

Location wasn’t great, two of the days the lady that did breakfast was absolutely horrible. She ended it early and she was very rude to everybody.

Great stay, fantastic visit
Pros:

This location was a great proximity to the interstate. We were easily able to get on and get off. For the cost, we were able to get to the attractions in a reasonable amount of time with little traffic to contend with.

Cons:

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Charleston. I would have loved to stay in one of those fancy hotels near the city, however this hotel had all that I needed.

It was clean, there were clean quick service restaurants nearby, they served complimentary breakfast each day.
I have no complaints.

The staff was above and beyond their jobs for our needs. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Came in like strangers left like FAMILY 👪!!!💜💜you couldn't asked for a better place to stay. SHOUT OUTS TO:Faith,Alyssa service desk and Kiria for pointing us to the right neighborhood to see some beautiful Christmas lights!!! and, Ms. Flo and Ms. Pam Kitchen making the best breakfast 😋 👌
