Adequate
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, well equipped.

Cons:

One way in, one way out and the road flooded trapping us in and altering our vacation plans. There needs to be a contengency egress in case of an emergency.

Family oriented hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites North Charleston and would happily stay here again!
A special thank you to Jayla and Kiara at the reception desk, who were absolutely amazing — warm, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We arrived at about 2:30 a.m. due to flight delays, and Mrs. Linda was there to welcome us and get us checked in, which we really appreciated after such a long journey.
The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved having a well-equipped kitchen. There were enough utensils and everything we needed to prepare proper family meals, which made our stay so much more convenient.
The hotel is also conveniently located and not too far from the airport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality made the experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome! We look forward to staying here again.

Pros:

The 1 BR with Queen beds is a great option. Beds were very comfortable, enjoyed a great sleep after hours of traveling. Hotel honored our request for a room on a lower floor. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom is a little cramped for space. Breakfast options on weekdays not that great

Fantastic stay!!
Pros:

The location was quick and easy to access, the room was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pantry had everything we needed last minute, breakfast was wonderful! The variety was fantastic! I loved the free laundry facilities. Only one dryer was working during our stay but it was free (Tide pods available for purchase very inexpensively in the pantry shop by the front desk). Purchasing items in the pantry was super easy with self service. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Jesus! He showed us his favorite restaurants on the map. We had a great time!

Cons:

Dryer not working but honestly, everything else was so good that it’s not a big deal.

Going Above & Beyond
Pros:

Destiny & Alacey made our stay more pleasant because hours before arriving my mom expired. I needed to cancel my reservation immediately however being my mom's FT caregiver my family said I needed the break away, also to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I went back to the front desk and told Alacey we could stay,she noted the changes. The next morning Destiny had already called Booking & made the changes for me so we didn't have to do anything except try to enjoy ourselves while we were there. That's what I call going beyond the call of duty while no one is watching. Thank you ladies 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Very good stay, we would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Room was spacious, quiet, kitchen was nice, front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Bed mattress was so soft at times it felt like my wife and I were rolling involuntarily towards each other in the middle of the bed. Room had a "pool chemical" type smell when we first got there. We lit a scented candle and that helped a lot.

Pros:

Breakfast was not served until 7:30 so we had to leave before then so we did not get breakfast. Other than that everything was great. We were told that was because it was the weekend.
