Ok stay but did not meet expectations.
Pros:

Excellent location. Spacious room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Pigeons were a nuisance flying over pool to water feature at side of pool leaving feathers in the pool.
Very noisy people in next room late at night/early hours which was dealt with by the hotel at the time. Room was tired and in need of update.

Average hotel in fantastic location.
Pros:

Fantastic location, really good air con and nice breakfast.

Cons:

No facilities to change near pool, wine in bar horrid, room a bit “tired” and shower cubicle a bit dirty. Everything was slightly more expensive than surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants.

De locatie

Cons:

De prijs van de verblijfstaks. Ik heb met de organisatie na mijn verblijf contact opgenomen omdat 21,40 € van mijn rekening werd gehaald voor 2 nachten met 2 personen als verblijfstaks. Dit is een bedrag dat hoger ligt dan de maximum prijs voor een 5sterren hotel in deze regio. De dame aan de telefoon zei dat dit opgelegd werd door Deauville city zelf. Dit klopt echter niet volgens de informatie van deze stad zelf. Het hotel waant zich als een 5 sterren de luxe hotel en rekent zelf een eigen berekende verblijfstaks aan. Daarom zou ik dit hotel niet meer aanraden aan anderen. Er was heel weinig ruimte voor het ontbijt, dus wij waren blij dat wij niet hebben ingeschreven voor het ontbijt. Er was ook geen buffet. De garage voor autostaanplaats was een bunker met een heel moeilijke toegang en heel kleine plaatsen, waardoor ik zelf buitenuit een plaats voor mijn auto ben gaan zoeken. 2 dames aan de receptie waren vriendelijk en correct. Alle andere medewerkers hadden een zuur gezicht.

Comfortable friendly hotel in the centre of Deauville
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

Cons:

The bar did not seem to be open for drinks or snacks and I needed to request a refill for my coffee/tea tray rather than it being refilled automatically.

Cons:

Surexploitation du nombre de chambre au vu de la taille de l’hôtel. Peu de place au petit déjeuner, à la piscine également, Salle de bain très petite. Pour le rapport qualité prix on est un peu loin du standard attendu

Posizone eccellente ... colazione un pò troppo costosa per quello che offre ... camera con finestra sulla strada e quindi rumorosa ... non ha il parcheggio ma nelle vie adiacenti sono riuscito comodamente a parcheggiare ...

Cons:

Ovviamente NON ha il bidet ... Water in un loculo di 1mq ... e bagno scomodo per espletare le funzioni dopo water ... i francesi proprio NON li capisco ... hanno tante cose positive ma sul bidet (che sembra anche una parola francese) sono imbarazzanti
