Great location, very clean and Matt, who was on reception, was great.

Cons:

Only a minor negative, but no television in the bedroom. Also, although clean, some of the furniture was a bit tired.

Lovely Attentive Reception. Go meet them
Pros:

It was comfortable and quiet and close enough to the town centre. My most favourite part of my experience was Matt. Matt works in reception. He works diligently, he listens to your need with genuine care. He has an excellent balance in expressing empathy in a professional way. This young man is a high value employee. If you are looking for a place that has the basic comforts covered and staff who genuinely care about your comfort. This is a good place to stay.

Si vous ne voulez pas dormir la nuit prenez une chambre sur church street au oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites
Pros:

L’emplacement proche des cafés et du supermarché de Nelson

Cons:

Le manque d’insonorisation des fenêtres. Notre chambre donnait sur Church Street. Nous avions l’impression que les voitures traversaient la chambre. Impossible de dormir toute la nuit.
La climatisation vieillissante est aussi très bruyante.
La moquette du couloir et les murs sont tâchés et font sales.
Les réceptionnistes ne font aucun effort pour le client. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits du samedi au mardi. J’avais demandé une chambre calme lors du booking et ils n’ont pas répondu à ma demande. Si l’hôtel était plein le samedi, il n’ y avait plus personne le dimanche. Il aurait pu faire l’effort de nous attribuer une autre chambre. Ils n’ont rien fait malgré ma demande.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The staff were polite and the check in process was smooth.

Cons:

The soundproofing is terrible, I could hear every word from the next room and woken up twice at midnight because of the noise. Also there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Loud AC , impossible to sleep with aircon on, tv not working as it should(lagging and resetting) roller door for garage not working
Fire alarm in the middle of the night, no apologies, no explanation.
