Good wifi, easy to use TV, fast and simple check in/check out process, excellent location, spacious undercover parking, welcoming staff.
The shower spills water outside the cubicle, the pillows are too soft for our preference, and there is a small desk instead of a table. Additionally, the bathroom light switch automatically turns on the fan, which can be disruptive at night if the light is used.
Cockroaches, the aircon was so loud we couldn’t sleep.
Very central, very clean. Quiet and Lots of facilities. Parking is available on site. Also, very central to town Centre and easy to find.
When the stove hob was switched on one of the hot plates came on automatically and could not be switched off. The space between the TV, coffee table and lounge suite was small and had to be careful walking past. Not a fan of the large staircase leading down to the unit mainly because of the small platform with door open and first step.

Easy check-in
The room we were allocated was 216 which was above the driveway. The garage roller door was extremely noisy everytime anyone came in or out of the underground carpark. The room had an interconnecting door to the room next door and we could hear even the faintest sound from the people next door.
The bathroom fan was very noisy and obviously needs repairs/replacing. The air con unit requires repairs as it was squeaky and loose on the wall. The tap in the bathroom is almost seized up and very difficult to turn on or off.
Location was great.
Male receptionist - an asset to any business - give this guy a pay rise.
No room cleaning was provided over the weekend.

Additionally, we received a call from a female receptionist on Sunday/Monday regarding a couple of clothing items on our balcony. The issue itself was minor, however the way it was handled was disappointing. The tone came across as rude and unprofessional, and the use of the term ‘Chinese laundry’ was inappropriate and offensive. We were also told the balcony was a communal space, which was confusing as it was clearly part of our private room.
This interaction significantly affected the overall experience and left a negative impression. In most hotels, having a small number of items on a private balcony is quite normal and not addressed in this manner
The staff are beautiful . Matt was so welcoming and so helpful. We had the best room perfect for us the beds were comfortable. An awesome kitchen with an oven, dishwasher all the amenities you need.

Staff were extremely friendly! Property was spacious and clean. Great location with parking and is walking distance to marina and shops. We would recommend!

The lady at reception ( carol i think) was so wonderful and helpful. I had booked the wrong date and she was so kind and helpful in fixing my mistake. The room was so big spacious and clean. Very beautiful place close to all could walk everywhere.
