Please note that daily room cleaning is not included in the rate. Cleaning services can be purchased at any time during the stay. For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, foxtel.
Small tv, no icecube tray, no seperate power for nespresso maker, little bit of road noise, photos on wesite deceptive to what room you get! Probably wont stay again for money?

Me and my family came and stayed in the two bedroom two story apartment which was really nice and comfy. (Bigger lounges are needed though to fit everyone staying.
The customer service was Phenomenal. A big shout out to Matt at reception for going above and beyond for us. Oaks is lucky to have you, because of you we will definitely be back one day.

Beware! Purchase this while on vacation to stay the night and was unable to reach anyone to give me access. I ended up not being able to even stay in the room and I paid for it. Had to find a different hotel to stay at. Still trying to get my money back. No way for international travelers to call them and they do not answer their messages!
It’s in a good location and generally good facilities.
My room had an air conditioner that was extremely noisy and made it very hard to get sleep on a hot night. Emailed the Oakes about this and they didn’t respond.
Good location close to town. Matt on reception was extremely capable and helpful. Also Steve the maintenance man was there to help us very quickly to fix the circuit breaker.
Walking up hill from town
It’s a walking distance to the beach and shopping centre . It’s spacious , clean , comfortable and had a good view of the beach from the balcony. The receptionist who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.
Nice location. Spacious apartment. The receptionist Matt was very helpful and friendly and he recommended me Cafe Kin for coffee and as a coffee connoisseur myself, I would highly approve. Overall very enjoyable stay. It was above expectations for me.
