A real premier hotel
Pros:

Room, Amenities, free drinks & snacks lounge in the afternoons when on premier room.
One particular staff in the lounge went above & beyond extending warm, helpful service, Fukuhara. A big kudos!

Pros:

The hotel was at great location. The staff was exceptional. One of the most things I like about this hotel is that even though we put up our do not disturb sign, they still left us a hygiene bag outside with fresh towels and water bottles. No where else that I have ever stayed was that thoughtful. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we are back to Osaka.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel was very pleasant, truly luxury class. The staff were extremely polite, and I loved everything. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I return.
