Incredible hotel
Very below par standard not rated much higher than a 3*. We stayed at pool rooms were many floors are rotton and barriers unsafe to to wood rot. Main poil area not cleaned while we were there. Over priced beer at THB 210 yet whist on beach THB 60.

First off I want to say I actually had to pay twice for my stay. It was no ones fault but my own. I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day but luckily they had rooms available. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating.
This is an amazingly beautiful hotel with a grandiose entrance featuring an indoor koi fish pond and waterfall with stunning views and a breakfast buffet that's simply breathtaking!!! .... No need to look at any other hotel locations STAY HERE!!!!!
Staff are very friendly like Reception K. Piera and Bow. Cafe staff Leo, Peter and Home. They are the Stars of the hotel who enhance the image and value of this property. Look forward to see more enhancements made by new F&B Director Toby on variety snd quality of foods in breakfast buffet and the new Salad station. Dark sunglasses shouldn’t be wearing by Banquet staff who comes to help in breakfast buffet. He can just “see “ and “no see,” just standing there with no eyes contact with customers and shouting to the staff in the noodles and egg stations in front of guests. Disturbing! Suggests add more hotel trainees who are trained by the cafe to serve the gussets with hearts with senses of belonging. Banqueting staff handling function by function, lack of heart to serve or to provide added value services to hotel guests like Leo, Peter, Home and other cafe staff, collecting empty dishes, refill coffees or drinks to guests when they have time. Regular guests should’t be down graded to lower grade of rooms because of regular touch up of rooms as there is no added value and room size is the same with hot water problems (now fixed by Piera) , pvc writing mat on the desk are chipped, on the contrary pencil are provided in room , people are using note book now. The interior designer should be fired. In the new hotel , interior is even must better and serve to the guests’ needs . The damaged drainage ditch covers near the cafe tables with umbrellas should be replaced asap

Menu was good but expensive, gym equipment a bit run down, children’s activity was very poor. Pools were very good, but change rooms need upgrading

Front Desk or the F n B staff are very friendly and courteous. With the new arrival of the F n B Director, looking forward to see more positive changes. The arch shaped desk in the newly renovated rooms are not very functional. Desk should be attached to the wall. Now things easily dropped onto the floor. Glad to see the hot water problem in the shower resolved this time. I almost got burned with the hot water in the so called newly renovated rooms last time . Thanks to the Ms Piera FOM who insisted so much with the Engineering Department to resolve the problem. Captain Ow at the poolside restaurant is a real STAR of the hotel who is working hard running round to serve and to supervise the operation. Greet all the guests . He knows regular guests. Bell Counter staff are real friendly people.
Very good
The property is quite nice place to stay for quite and relaxation week. The one comments I have is that it has only two elevators, which sometime get very busy and people waiting outside.
