Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top-Lage. man kann zu Fuß alles sehr schnell erreichen. Gleich daneben gibt es tolle Lokale jeglicher Art. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Frühstück hatten wir nur einmal, aber das war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es wurde uns beim Einchecken erklärt, das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig und wir werden telefonisch informiert, wann das Zimmer fertig ist. Dies wurde dann aber nicht gemacht, da lt. dem Personal wir keine US-Nummer haben. Des weiteren wurde uns keine Einführung über das Hotel gegeben, wie zB: Frühstückszeiten, wo findet das Frühstück statt, Fitnessraum - wann sind die Öffnungszeiten, Rooftopbar - ist eine Verrechnung aufs Zimmer möglich. Ein paar wenige Informationen wären schön gewesen um sich ein wenig besser in dem Hotel zu recht zu finden.
Im Zimmer konnten wir den blickdichten Vorhang nicht weg, da uns sonst die Mieter der gegenüberliegenden Wohnung in das Zimmer geblickt hätten (Fenster Luftlinie ca. 10m entfernt).

Très bon emplacement et le personnel est vraiment attentionné.

Cons:

Le crédit de 15€ lorsqu'on souscrit au petit déjeuner inclus n'est pas suffisant: le premier pris est de19$ pour un plat du petit déjeuner, pour deux c'est très loin d'être suffisant.
La chambre n'était pas propre, il y avait pas mal de poussière sous le lit, meuble bord de fenêtre.

400 DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR A 3 DAY STAY THAT I HAVEN'T GOT BACK AFTER 9 DAYS INSANITY

The lifts were very quick and also the location is ok if you are going to the convention center

Cons:

It's been 9 days since my stay and I still haven't got my 400 dollars deposit back! that's right, a 400 USD DEPOSIT that I was told I would be released in maximum a couple of days. They wouldn't even charge you that much in a top Las Vegas resort, hopefully I'll get my money back soon, but I can't in good conscience recommend a hotel that charges that much, asks so much for a deposit that takes ages to give back (that's if they even do so) and does not include breakfast. Completely unacceptable

We had a first class stay at Hotel Indego Dan Diego.
Pros:

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff from front desk to housekeeping. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you all.

Cons:

I wish the downstairs restaurant would have been open for more than just breakfast.

The Power of the Welcome
Pros:

First impressions in hospitality are everything and our check in with Gabriel was rooted in can do positivity. After a long drive, his sincere support in fixing our reservation to allow us to start our stay was much appreciated. He was personable, professional and went above and beyond when he welcomed my weary family waiting on the sides. It put everything else during our stay in perspective- making little mishaps seem irrelevant. It reminded me that the power of the welcome is huge! Thank you Team Indigo and Gabriel.

Beautiful hotel. Great location.
Gabriel at check in was excellent. Managed multiple incoming guest quickly and efficiently, but still made sure to make the conversations personal. Provided great recommendations locally. Super helpful.
We were coming from the east coast so long day of travel. Nice to have the hotel go so smooth.

Conference in SanDiego
Pros:
