Delightful but never free
Pros:

Welcomed by wonderful staff, I found this stay ideal to go to Petco stadium before and/ or after the Padres play. The downside is the unavoidable expenses of accommodation fee (13.75% of stay), so expect to pay minimal $100 in addition to your “free” stay. The only benefit to accommodation is the view of the stadium and walking distance. Overall, the hotel is upgrade feeling, but it needs basic maintenance, such as the out of place sink handle we noticed.

Pros:

Brandon, Jayden and Sarah made this visit exceptional, went beyond what they needed to and gave us a great experience. I will definitely be back and recommend the hotel as a must visit.

Good quality hotel
Pros:

This is my first time staying at the hotel after many years of visiting San Diego. Upon arriving, valet staff members (Anna, Angel, Keeks) gave me a warm welcome and went above and beyond to assist me with the parking situation. I was stressed after a long drive from Orange County, and they helped me with easing my stress. The checking process was fast and smooth as well. The room could use a bit of an upkeep. The fridge door was not closing properly. The paint was peeling off on the bathroom. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice staff
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location for a conference I was attending in San Diego. Convenient and the staff at the desk were great. Water was shut off during one day of my stay but I made do by going out during that time frame. I’d stay here again.

Gabriel at front desk was beyond helpful, respectful and professional!

Cons:

MY PARTNER ALMOST SLIPPED IN shower. I did not get to shower because of that. Flooring in shower needs to be looked at especially for seniors like we are. Flooring in room of very low quality creaking with every step. Needs some outdoor space!

Our second time staying here! We absolutely love it. The rooms are comfy, the coffee is delicious, food is great, proximity to PETCO Field, bars and restaurants and even Seaport Village is perfect!! The people are so friendly! We will definitely be back!!

Gabriel is awesome!
Pros:

Although I miss Harmony, Gabriel at the front desk has been a welcome addition! He was accommodating and very pleasant! He always greeted me with a smile when I came in the hotel. I asked to be placed in the quietist room in the hotel and he delivered. I appreciated that!

My family and I traveled all the way from Fort Worth, Texas, and after a long day of flights and navigating the chaos that comes with traveling with two toddlers, we were completely exhausted. From the moment we walked through the doors, Charlie welcomed us with a genuine smile and incredible hospitality that immediately turned our stressful day around.

Not only was the check-in process smooth and efficient, but Charlie went above and beyond by sharing an amazing list of local restaurants, attractions, hidden gems, and entertainment options that only a local would know about. Every recommendation was spot on and helped us make the most of our time in San Diego.

Charlie wasn’t just a front desk representative, he became the tour guide we didn’t know we needed.
