Overall pleasant stay
Pros:

It was walking distance to some hawker centres nearby and to the mrt station. It had a small shop just by the entrance to buy water and biscuits.

Cons:

The breakfast was very minimal and in a small room just next to the main lobby. It felt more like an after thought than a planned out setting.
The immediate surrounding seems a bit industrial rather than residential and inviting. There's often some noise in the morning from outside from neighbouring buildings, but it isn't too loud that it gets disruptive.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad entäuscht, kaum Sitzfläche, es sollte lieber etwas kürzer sein, damit man dort auch sitzen kann. Lädt kaum zum Schwimmen ein. Ist kein zusätzliches Plus. Daher als normales IBIs Budget zu werten. Das Bad ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Früstücksraum ist sehr klein, eng und überfüllt.

Le personnel courtois, la piscine, la propreté des lieux . L'hôtel est à quelques minutes de marche de la station de métro Lavender. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et commerces autours.

Advised laundry at an additional cost & a pool.
The pool was shut for 2 days during our stay - no discount given.
No laundry on site - it was just a normal laundromat 8minute walk away.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the location was very accessible. The staff were very polite, accommodating and even allowed us to check in early so we could rest.

Il n'y a que l'emplacement qui était vraiment très bien

Cons:

Chambre petite, insonorisation horrible, mauvaise literie, salle de bain attroce, pas d'eau à boire dans la chambre, petit déjeuner tres minimaliste.
