Pienen lapsen kanssa todella vaikea paikka, paljon kivisiä jyrkkiä portaita ja pienelle lapselle suorastaan hengenvaarallinen parveke. Lastenvaunujen kanssa liikkuminen erittäin vaikeaa. Huoneiston keittiön varustus outo, minimaalinen määrä astioita, pyyki- ja astianpesukone mutta ei lainkaan pesuainetta edes hotellin marketissa myytävänä, uunissa ei ainoatakaan peltiä, kuinkahan siellä pizza paistetaan? Huoneisto nuhjaantunut, kaipaisi päivitystä, vuodesohva epäkunnossa ja makuuhuoneen oven lukko rikki.

Le diner n'est pas assez varié. Animation pas suffisante, le lit n'était pas confortable.

a cama demasiado curta em comprimento (1.9m) e faz demasiado barulho. O sofá cama estava partido. O elevador que dá acesso às habitações teve demasiadas avarias durante a minha estadia o que obrigava a utilizar as escadas.

Esta en la montaña de Amadores, no esta cerca de la playa, apenas tienen parking y ademas esta lejos de todo. La salida es a las 10h y yo había pedido desde que reserve salir a las 11h ya que las salidas a las 10h me parecen exageradas cuando estoy de vacaciones,además de que la entrada es a las 16h, se los pedi varias veces y al final me cobraron una hora de estancia y encima a las 10.10h me estaba tocando la puerta la chica de la limpieza, entonces para que pago si luego me molestan? No repetiré seguro, hay sitios mejores y mas cerca para hacer cosas sin tener que conducir para todo.

Poca variedad en el bufete

La comida era poco variada y elaborada. El personal del comedor muy secos.

The lift up the hige steps was often broken down.. i was pk but there were several older people left tp carry heavy bags up endless steps.. for me i would of paid some guys to at keast get the bags to the room... kind of put a dampner on the stay.

The lift broke down for the last two days, it was 164 steps just to get to our room, we were leaving oand the lift was not fixed . I asked for help 3 times no porter was available the day before we left . We were told there would be one in the morning. We were leaving at 6 am so had to haul luggage down (5 trips 164X2 up and down ) 1640 steps just for this. Not including going down for meals and travel. The lift broke and we just missed it , 5 people were stranded for a few hours. No emergency servicies were called , just the hotel maintenance guy was there to rescue them. Last I knew parts were ordered, everyone was struggeling going up and down. I watched new people come in dragging luggage up the steps(no help) . I saw elderly prople struggle just to get from one level to the other, even a handicapped person that was paralized on left side from a stroke had to climb. We were level 2 there where 2 more levels above us. I contacted the staff at the desk, I saw one manager about porter services ans still no help. I asked for a manager the night before we left and was given a card, I stated I wanted to make a formal complaint but no manager was available at 7 pm.
After checking this is not the first time this has happened with the lift,there is no back up plan if it goes out and if you go here it is a major risk. DON"T expect any help.For reference we left on April 29 th and I have only had 1 email back from the manager and nothing from the company, another example of not caring for safety.
The other issue which schould have only been a mention, don't purchase the Half Board , the main breakfast was good, the half board was left over rolls and bread, salads , and rehashed meats from the day before. Everey drink had a cost including water 3.20 euro on top of the meal.
The sad thing is the location and the room were very good,it is the managing of this place and disreguard for safety that makes it not safe.

Le canapé en cuir dans le salon, très inconfortable quand on dort dessus !

La literie n'est pas confortable
La clim n'est pas performante
La propreté
L'ascenseur était cassé pendant 48h et c'était l'enfer
Beaucoup d'escalier même avec l'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres
L'entretien de la "propreté" s'est fait une seule fois pendant 6 jours
La nourriture est bonne dans l'ensemble mais le buffet est TRES restreint
