As I stayed for three nights only, that was okay...
Pros:

Variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

HVAC programmed for 78F at breakfast area. Too warm and stuffy; staff could not address the issue to maintain the area at a comfortable temperature.
Bathroom not well lit. Bulbs need to be changed.
Lady at check in on Friday afternoon (July 17, 2026) was completely unprofessional, indifferent, and dismissive. She provided in-person information as if she worked at a low-tier call center.

45 mins waiting for my room..
employee at front desk appeared to be upset and management was not responding appropriately.
A family of six also had to wait for 2 rooms

Everything was fine just too many restrictions. Too many rules and the fire alarm went off at 6 o’clock in the morning.

Fine but too many restrictions too many lock doors. It’s an indoor pool. They should’ve kept the windows open. At least it’s too hot.
