Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Hotel accommodated our disability needs. Maintenance came on their day off to make a repair.

Cons:

"Hot" breakfast was barely warm and selections were minimum. Shower door fell off the track while husband was showering, but maintenance staff came to fix on their day off. Refrigerator temp was set too high. Everything inside of the fridge froze and was unusable during our 2-night stay.

This hotel is very convenient but it has a long way to go for comfort and customer service.
Pros:

This is a nice property but even with so called renovations it’s a 2.5-3 star hotel.

Cons:

I stay here often and the rooms always have an issue. Either we have to be careful with the doors leading into the hallway because someone can most definitely come in behind us with no problem. The doors are also very hard to open. The showers either do not drain or the shower doors do not close all the way. My last stay the shower had an awful smell and it would not drain. Also, the refrigerators half work. Usually the staff are very polite but recently I’ve had several employees who were very rude.

It was very nice but very expensive for a king size bed.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The lady servicing the food was excellent. Everything was nice and clean. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was expensive. There was no discount for a second night. I did not receive any discount through AARP, AAA, or AMAC senior discount. And no Discount from Booking.com
Especially for a small town.
