Breakfast and location

Cons:

Evening meal included is not quiet accurate…It’s more of a “evening bite” served in a very small room, where even a small group of the guests don’t fit at the same time; very bad organised service; not suitable for children (always spicy, even when we asked for an alternative dish for a child); there’s a upper floor and if you sit there, you will have to carry everything up and down the stairs; no cleaning service up there too. Very disappointing.

市中心的位置，去哪里都很方便，我们完全可以做到早上去几个地方看看，中午回来休息一阵，下午再去几个地方看看这样~然后就是提供早午晚餐，是我第一次住到这样的酒店里，早餐就特别丰盛，可以想到的西式早餐餐品都是有的，不输五星级酒店，下午茶稍微简单一些，咖啡茶和一些小蛋糕，晚餐是非常正宗的挪威饭菜，好好的体验了一下挪威正餐的味道

Sehr gute Lage und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und weitere interessante Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch eignet sich das Hotel sowohl für einen Städteaufenthalt als auch für Reisende, die die Umgebung unkompliziert erkunden möchten.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück, das eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl bot und qualitativ sehr ansprechend war. Am Abend wurde ein kleines Buffet angeboten, das ebenfalls gut geschmeckt hat und eine angenehme Möglichkeit für einen entspannten Tagesausklang bot. Die Frühstücks- und Abendessenzeiten waren zudem sehr gut organisiert und großzügig bemessen, sodass es zu keinen Wartezeiten oder größeren Menschenansammlungen kam.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und angenehm ruhig, da es zum Innenhof gelegen war. Störender Straßenlärm war nicht wahrzunehmen, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sehr angenehm war. Lediglich die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass eine Zimmerreinigung am Folgetag bereits einen Tag im Voraus bestellt werden musste.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte der Kaffee aus unserer Sicht noch etwas besser sein können. Hier besteht sicherlich noch etwas Potenzial zur Verbesserung.

Abbiamo scelto una suite perché eravamo in tre. La camera abbastanza spaziosa con un soppalco. Mancavano però spazi per appoggiare le valigie e armadi per appendere i vestiti. Mancavano alcuni elementi come le ciabattine, la cuffia, accessori per il bagno…
