Sentralt, har bodd der før, god service, smilende og blid betjening spesielt i resepsjon, men også i frokostsal og på 7. etasje(middag/kveldsmåltid). Denne gang stort rom, som alltid gode senger, godt lydisolerte vinduer. Kommer tilbake ved neste Oslobesøk

Pros:

The breakfast is delicious. It is not just the quality but the quantity. We stayed there for 8 days and could still enjoy it each day. So is the dinner. Location is super. Staff are friendly, especially Dag who is very helpful.

Soggiorno a capodanno
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la location comoda e i servizi offerti. La stazione è vari siti d'interesse si raggiungono a piedi e davanti all'albergo c'è la fermata del tram. Apprezzata in particolare la possibilità di cenare in albergo. Avendo soggiornato nei giorni del capodanno, 31 dicembre e 1 gennaio, avere la cena inclusa è stato molto comodo e conveniente. La cena buona, non grandissima varietà, ma - a mio parere - tutto sufficiente. La colazione è molto ricca. Ho molto apprezzato anche la merenda pomeridiana. Offre la possibilità di fare una sosta al caldo durante la giornata e uno spuntino in stile nordico. Camera giusta dimensione, tutto bene. Complessivamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, tenuto conto che sono compresi dei pasti che all'esterno sarebbero molto cari per noi italiani. Consigliato.

Cons:

Unica pecca la stanza resta un pò "scura" per via dell'arredamento scelto e per l'affaccio sul cortile interno. Dettaglio comunque trascurabile.

The stay was beyond expectations, room good, food outstanding, location perfect.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The choice of food, from cooked, fruit, cold meats, fish, cakes, breads, salads was staggering.
The room was a good size, The bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent.
The location was in the heart of Oslo and could not have been better.
The hotel also did half board which included an evening meal, which again was outstanding. This included a selection of salads and main courses which varied from day to day.
The hotel also included "Fika" an afternoon tea which was tea/coffee and a tray bake cake. Most welcome on a cold winter day.

Cons:

The room was a little dusty, but not excessively so. The room was also slightly dull in artificial light, however I have found that all hotels never seem to have enough lights (or well placed lights) in their rooms. None of this would put me off staying there again.
