スタッフが明るく迎えてくださいました。質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。周りにお店もたくさんあるので、立地条件がとてもよいです。歩いて行ける範囲に観光名所があり便利でした。

Tornando ad Oslo prenoteremo ancora in questo hotel. Perché il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole.
Pros:

L’Hotel gode di una posizione invidiabile.
Tutto è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, inoltre le fermate dei tram e dei bus sono sotto l’hotel e la stazione centrale si trova a 5 minuti a piedi.
Ottima e varia la colazione, molto utile l’opzione del box lunch (circa 13€) che puoi prepararti in autonomia scegliendo quel che desideri. Il personale dell’hotel si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto nel cercare di risolvere i problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno.
Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione che comprendeva: colazione, merenda e cena leggera, una scelta molto funzionale per chi vuole girare la città senza avere troppi pensieri. La varietà e la qualità delle proposte culinarie sono apprezzabili. La nostra camera (matrimoniale superior) era ampia, con parquet e zona salotto.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuto avere la vasca in bagno, seppur avessimo richiesto una camera con doccia.
Inutile aggiungere la mancanza di praticità e la rischiosità nei movimenti quotidiani uscendo dalla vasca.
Scomodo e deludente. Pur apprezzando la filosofia della sostenibilità dell’hotel, il servizio di riassetto della camera a chiamata si è rivelato inaffidabile, capitando spesso che non venisse effettuato nonostante la richiesta esplicita.

Pros:

Ho già recensito questa struttura, ma avendo fatto due soggiorni ho avuto modi di soggiornare in stanze diverse.
Confermo che la struttura è pulita e il personale è molto professionale.
La colazione è sempre eccellente, la migliore che abbia trovato nei vari hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Norvegia.
Nel pomeriggio è offerta una merenda dolce dalle 15 alle 17 e a partire dalle 18 c'è una cena, non eccellente ma comunque discreta.

Cons:

L'hotel è vicino al centro, ma ai limiti di un quartiere non troppo raccomandabile.
Segnalo che nella camera che mi era stata assegnata al settimo piano c'era un leggero ritorno di cattivo odore dalla cucina, che entrava dalla bocchetta dell'aria condizionata. Nulla di gravissimo perché dalle 20:00 di sera la cucina chiude, ma dalle 17 di pomeriggio fino a circa le 19/19:30 c'era un po' di cattivo odore in camera.
Consiglierei comunque questo hotel, dove mi sono trovato molto bene.

Perfektes Hotel in einer tollen Stadt
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Hotel wie eine amerikanische Broadway Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, angenehme Betten.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen ist in Buffetform auch umfassend und fein. Kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee verfügbar.

Pros:

Hotel fantastico! In ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione centrale dei treni e dalla fermata della metro. Bus e tram hanno proprio una fermata davanti l'hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Sia colazione che cena abbondanti e varie.

Staff were really friendly and willing to help when needed. Comfy room and great breakfast, fab location.
Pros:

It was super clean, breakfast was exceptional with gluten free options and a separate station. Choice was really good. Dinner was self serve and not so allergy friendly but the staff did find some GF food when asked. Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was good for trains and trams

A great base for an Oslo break
Pros:

The staff were very nice, the room large and clean. The breakfast was excellent, as good an offer as any we have had on our travels ever. The location was ideal and we saw a lot of the city easily. A bike tour we did was excellent and gave us some ideas for venues to revisit and take time to experience properly. The sauna on the fjord was also a nice thing to do.

Cons:

Evening meal / buffet was disappointing especially when compared to breakfast.
