Business trip to Hanoi
Pros:

A large working table. Good for those on business trips.
Breakfast is good. Very good service from the hotel and restaurant team.

Cons:

The pillows are too soft and rather small. There's a big bed which is a plus point but pillows are small!

Great stay!
Pros:

Hotel and service was very good. Enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

If i would have to say one point to improve is the breakfast box (takeway). I had an early departure so could not join breakfast and ordered a breakfast box.
The contents of the box is not good value for money.

Pros:

Location is near to my office

Cons:

I asked for receipt from front desk, being told since i made booking via Booking.com, i need to check back with Booking.com which i did much earlier however i was being told to get the receipt from hotel instead. The push back from hotel and Booking.com truly inconvenience business traveller like me. I wont be using this services anymore.
