We were here for Hershey and it did what it had to do
Cons:

There was not a single place to hang my towel after showering, there wasn’t a single place to hang a washcloth. My towel was over a lamp- I was probably my biggest internal complaint. The bed was comfortable, but it was a tall bedframe and in the light you could see all these prints on it that showed it wasn’t clean.

We had a good visit and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed that. I wish we would’ve stayed longer so we could’ve enjoyed the pool and workout center. We had a suite which was huge and roomy! Hope to come back again!

Cons:

I would have liked breakfast to last a little longer. We were exhausted getting there and barely made breakfast the next morning before it was put away.

The property was clean

Cons:

Their was a group in house with kids running around being loud and our room was across from a room where the adults from the sports group were drinking so a lot of noise at night the breakfast bar attendant was not very quick about filling food so most food was empty and had to wait for it to be filled for a full hotel
