Pros:

OK breakfast

Cons:

Staff did nothing to stop kids from running up and down halls playing with hockey sticks. Guess it's a Buffalo thing. Was billed a much higher price than what I booked for. My last time to use Bookings.com!!

It was a great location for my needs.
Pros:

The breakfasts were very good. The choices were nice. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, especially the melons.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was insuff5.

Pros:

Spacious room. Comfortable. Very quiet considering it was across the street from an airport.

Cons:

No electrical outlet on one side of the bed for CPAP or whatever. Only USB ports. Parking seemed a little tight.

Pros:

Customer service was awesome, had unexpected changes to my flight, and staff assisted with room rate changes helped me feel more relaxed.

Cons:

Maybe my room was unoccupied for sometime, I observed spiders in bathroom and around closet area.

Great location!!! Great hotel!!
Pros:

I like the atmosphere, it was nicely updated. Very nice small hotel with plenty of amenities. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the ice cream with sprinkles. Very satisfied to know there was a hotel right across from the airport, great benefit.

Cons:

We had to switch a room after a shower but it was offered without complaint.

Everything else shower and sink both were broken with a slow drain room was very small price was outrageous will never go back again 30 to 40 drunk people in the lobby both nights being very loud

At check- in, both computers break down, twice my room key did not work and needed to be replaced, fire alarm pulled at 4:45am by stranger who walked into the lobby and staff gave confusing instructions ( one said to go back to room and another staff member told us to go outside in the snow/cold then told us to go to adjacent hotel to wait, all the time the alarm is screaming. No fire truck ( never came)and no police for approximately 30 ish minutes.

This is very recommended place to stay for vacation or just for a trip . Few things to correct.
Pros:

The facility is very quiet, and clean, good breakfast buffet, very good customer service. It was my first experience with this hotel and I have felt in love.

Cons:

The fact of always going at the lobby to look for drinking water, the lack of trash can in the room.
