It was very nice and great location. Staff was very welcoming and spoke multiple languages.
Good
This apartment hotel is well equipped to do your own light food prep, which is a welcome change from constantly eating restaurant food. Also, there are two grocery stores conveniently located nearby.
Although not the hotel's fault, some protests were going on for four hours in the evening. Even though the drums and yelling were two blocks away, it was still disturbing. The same happened at a train station, and I'm in a different city now and listening to similar protests outside my hotel window. Something you may come across in your travels these days and maybe a reason to ask for a room away from the street. Too bad they don't realize that annoying people and interfering with their vacation or work does NOT help their cause; quite the opposite.
Also, on one side of the hotel, there is construction of a massive building going on, so you may encounter some of that noise starting at 8 a.m. weekdays.
The hotel has a tram stop right by its front door which is helpful, but if I were to return to Brussels, I'd probably try to find a place closer to the train station for greater convenience.
The room was very comfortable and I would still recommend it since the noise I encountered was varied and unpredictable.
Clean room every day
Great location to shops
Clean spacious modern and conveniently close to public transportation cafes shops and restaurants in the heart of Brussels.
Very happy with our choice in Brussels
All good
Super centrally located! In the middle of everything!! You can walk to the Grand Place square. Lots of shops nearby. Train station nearby. Homeless people outside but we felt fairly safe to walk around. Key scan to get into the hotel.
Very spacious, clean rooms.
Keep in mind, you cannot air conditioning from your room! We were told the hotel controls the central AC for all of the hotel, which is the first time we have heard of this in all of the hotels we have ever stayed. Our rooms ended up not being cool enough, which is a somewhat of a dealbreaker for us.
Everything else was great:
Kitchenette with fridge.
Toilet is in a separate room from the bathtub.
Separate door to bedroom so it’s even more quiet.
One bed. The hotel has very limited rooms with 2 beds (we're told one of the floors is being remodeled).
Filtered water dispenser in the lobby, which is convenient for getting water.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that takes credit card! As of 2025, 5 euro for wash, 2.5 euro for drying.
I have stayed in the number of Aparthotels and usually, I am pleasantly surprised at how clean, bright and beautifully designed they are. Unfortunately, this Aparthotel is dirty, dingy and in an extremely filthy and unsafe corner in the center city. The unit was brown on brown which was oppressive and outdated. The “gym” had two machines in a tiny windowless room. I paid the same for this hotel as I have for other much nicer places.
Family trip. Hotel very central.
Great location great staff good breakfast and rooms very well organized for a family of four.
Homeless people outside the door. We asked for a room with 2 beds and he did not accommodate us.
Convenient and walkable to attractions , near train station , restaurants . Room has all the amenities needed ( safe , kitchenette and ample space for clothes ) likes that the toilet is separate from from the shower .
Close to transport. Few eat out options. Overall a very conveniently located hotel, with good service and patience.
We stayed in a studio apartment. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. At night the double glazing made the room very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
