Pros:

The property was nice and clean

Cons:

The front desk staff. On March 7, 2026, My sister dropped me off next to my car which I have a legal handicapped sticker and six spinal surgeries. My sister dropped me off so I could get a few things out of my car near my car that night. As I was walking inside the hotel the worker, with her hair in a short ponytail, walked up didn’t even speak and said “im going to have to call the police on you” I said “what are you talking about?” She said you parked in the parking space that’s not a parking space (referring to the space with the blue striped lines near my car where my sister let me out to get a few things). I walked off because this was harassment. How do you walk up to someone and say such a thing but you don’t speak nor do you explain what you are talking about. The next morning, the same lady, with the headband on checked me out and asked me “if there was a problem I would let her know. Right?” This is harassment because she knew she had messed up the night before. I played along and said, “Sure🙂” She has a bad attitude and needs to get it together because she does not understand the seriousness of making a false police call on a customer. She has poor customer service.

Great beds, water pressure, and friendly staff!
Pros:

The safe was friendly, inviting, and didn't take a long time to get everything done from checking in to checking out. We didn't get to eat the breakfast but the rooms were nice, plenty of space, and quite. The water pressure was great!

Cons:

There was several empty places in the room that just seemed like wasted space. The bathroom was small and the room opened so close to the toilet it was a little awkward. We noticed the TV was in a great spot if you are laying on the bed but not for the couch. The parking spots are tight for a larger vehicle but pretty normal compared to most hotels.

It was a very comfortable room.

Hilton is not what it use to be
Pros:

I liked the location and the lobby is nice

Cons:

The rooms shower was moldy and at times I didn't have lights. It was selected room power outages, without bad weather. Weird
