👏👏👏👏
Fantastic service all around.
Such kind and helpful staff from check in, housekeeping, helm services and concierge. Restaurant was very nice.
Our family of four stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in mid-June, and it exceeded every expectation. We travel quite a bit, and this hotel truly checks every box.
We stayed on the Gold (Club) Level, and the lounge was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, with made-to-order omelets, a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast options, delicious pastries, and excellent espresso drinks including cappuccinos and macchiatos. Throughout the day we also enjoyed the beverages, snacks, evening canapés, and desserts, all of which were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The room itself was luxurious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer. We especially appreciated that the room had two queen beds rather than doubles which is a huge plus for families.
We also spent time at the spa, which was relaxing and impressive, and had one of our favorite dinners of the trip at Botanist. The cocktails and food were absolutely outstanding and are not to be missed.
The hotel offers so many extras that elevated our stay, including complimentary bikes, a courtesy car service around downtown, and a fantastic outdoor viewing area where guests could gather to watch the World Cup matches. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Vancouver on foot.
From the luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining to the attentive service and outstanding amenities, the Fairmont Pacific Rim delivered a truly five-star experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.
My husband and I have traveled widely and are discriminating travelers. We can honestly say that this is one of our favorite hotels in the world.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exemplary . We were upgraded to a stunning room with a harbor view to celebrate our anniversary and were treated to a beautiful bottle of bubbly. Every member of the staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
This property has a modern design, with an emphasis on contemporary art, food, and culture. The piano in the entranceway of the lobby is an original handcrafted instrument by the exclusive Italian instrumentmaker, Fazioli. It makes a powerful statement about the hotel’s commitment to contemporary arts and culture.
This hotel is home to the Michelin recommended restaurant, Botanist. A stay here is not complete without at least one visit to the restaurant We enjoyed a spectacular anniversary dinner, and went back the next day for breakfast, which was every bit as wonderful. So many people came to check on us — the chef, sommelier, manager, and team of servers. It was clear how much everyone cared about delivering a first-class experience.
Of final note, this property is conveniently located next to Canada Place, making it a convenient stop for cruise travelers and the perfect way to begin a vacation. We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and hope to be back again soon.

In the center of everything. It’s new, clean, fancy, helpful stuff. I personally like live music in lobby and lobby bar itself. And for sure pre Michelin restaurant Botanist - highly recommended.
Nothing.
Our hot water was not working. It was very disappointing because we were there for a special family wedding. It was only one night but it was my spouse and I first time being out without our kids. The hotel staff were polite about it but since I booked through booking there was nothing they could do put the price. It was not an experience worth 900$ especially with no hot water. If the water was working, then yes. I’m very disappointed. It was supposed to be a special memorable night - not one worrying about the water and calling front desk to deal with the issue. Our time together was precious and it was wasted.
The hot water issue. I would appreciate some sort of refund to compensate.
Location and room
The room was not ready at check-in. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes. But they did take the lunch we had at the restaurant off our bill
We had problems getting any sort of email invoices on our room before we checked in. I sent several emails and phoned twice before w got any information in an email on what we would be paying. Then after check out, we found the same thing. On arriving we were very disapponted in finding we had been given two rooms, connected by a door from one to the other rather than what we would call a suite. One room had no bed except a Murphy bed and the two rooms ran between and close to the elevator. We refused to occupy the one room with the Murphy bed and spent 2 nights in the other room, listening to the elevator all night long. After two days of this we checked out and went to the Sheraton Wall center that was much nicer, higher floor and better view and quiet.
The hotel had very organized room with quick room service. It was very good and it made our stay fell much better.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Jesse at check-in, who recommended upgrading to a higher-floor room with lounge access. His suggestion made our stay even more memorable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and offered stunning views.
The lounge was one of the highlights of our visit. The food and beverages available throughout the day were excellent and of very high quality. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the hotel’s exceptional hospitality.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel special throughout our stay.
Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding recommendation and service. We highly recommend the Pacific Rim Hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver and look forward to returning in the future.
Exceptional!
Everything ! Very classy ! Staff all very professional and very caring . Customer service outstanding!
Position and cleanliness
Price. Pool too small.
Sehr persönliche und professionelle Betreuung im Gold-Bereich. Äußerst professionelles und freundliches Personal - ohne Ausnahme.
My stay in Fairmont Pacific Rim was made memorable due to excellent interactions with the Team Members (aptly known by Accor as Heartists). My first time in Canada was greatly assisted by the excellent service by the Heartists at this Accor hotel.
Special thanks start with Ms. Jennilyn and Ms. Lori, who warmly set the scene at checkin and who were the reason I decided to extend at the time of checkin. Similarly, by Mr. Jesse when I checked out.
Not long after checkin, I met Ms. Elena, Mr. Naval, Mr. Hector and Mr. William at the Lounge. They too showed incredible hospitality as well as excellent familiarity with Accor.
Assisting them in the Lounge were Mr. Eric, Mr. Max, Mr. Paris and Chef Ms. Fiona. Not to forget the outstanding care given by Ms. Rhea at breakfast on the 2nd Floor.
Then came along another Ms. Lori who helped me with my room. Excellent housekeeping with warm and friendly interaction.
Fairmont Pacific Rim is very lucky to have all these Team Members. The fact that their names are remembered is a testament to how friendly and interactive these heartists were. Congratulations, Fairmont Pacific Rim.
