We paid $333 for this hotel we had been using for 8 years because it is the only one in Lexington that had a hot tub in the pool area and they removed it and didn’t compensate anything for it. 0/10

Miserable. No help in obtaining a refund even though Booking.com got 2 reservations and Fairfield Inn got paid for 2 ro
Pros:

Nothing. Booked this location by mistake. Family was booked at East location. Requested to transfer and was denied. Was willing to stay until I pulled in the parking lot. Ended up leaving and still having to pay even though I was at another Fairfield Inn. If the outside was anything compared to the inside no thank you

Cons:

Under construction. Parking lot full of people hanging out sitting in cars smoking crack/weed. Obvious drug activity. Huge Pile of dirt by the front door. Unsafe environment. Again I ended up paying for 2 rooms through same franchise. Will be calling corporate since Booking.com has left me hanging.

Convenient, clean, and close to highway and food
Pros:

If you are road-tripping along I-64, this is a great spot to rest. Sharnell and Brian were very helpful, rooms were clean, and there were plenty of food options with Cracker Barrel steps away and free breakfast at the hotel. Would stop here again.

Beds were a little hard but overall restful night

I really liked the layout of this hotel. Once you parked and went inside, everything you needed was easily accessible without having to go back outside. Our room was conveniently located near the indoor pool, which was a great temperature and perfect for the kids. The breakfast area was excellent, and everything—from the elevators to the main entrance—was thoughtfully laid out. It was an easy hotel to navigate, especially when traveling with several children.

Cons:

The only thing I missed was having vending machines on the guest floors. The hotel does have a market area where you can purchase drinks and snacks, but it would have been convenient to have a vending machine nearby so I could simply send one of the kids with cash instead of going downstairs and using a credit card.

Disappointed with this Marriott property!
Pros:

I always trust the Marriott brand and expect to see a clean and inviting hotel. I wasn't disappointed when I walked into the lobby because I could smell that signature Marriott scent. That alone lets me know this is the place to stay. All of that said, I was disappointed with the rest of my stay.

Cons:

As I mentioned, all was well at first, but this Marriott property did not meet my expectations. The room was subpar for a Fairfield or Marriott brand. The furniture looked scuffed and beat up. The lamp had a light bulb that kept flickering, so I unscrewed it. The grab bar in the shower was loose from the bottom, and you could see where it had rusted out in the wall. And, there was only one washcloth supplied! This is NOT up to Marriott standards!!!
