Clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating.
I did like the size of my room. The employees in the morning i spoke to were very helpful and accommodating. He gave me a very small discount to extend my stay as my flight wasn't until the evening which was very much appreciated without having to speak the the manger which I was told I would have to do my the night employee that checked me in.
When booking online the way it's worded appears you have a shuttle to the airport so a bit deceiving. The employee that checked me in was not a customer services based employee in my opinion. I cannot use wooden utensils and when asked if he could provide an alternative he didn't even get up off his stool to speak to me and his answer was simply no after purchasing something from your store. After explaining that i was under the impression that an airport shuttle was provided a little better discount to extend my stay into the afternoon would have been appreciated.
Very comfortable room with a nice sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. Includes a delicious breakfast!
I wish that breakfast started at 6:30am instead of 7am like at another hotel I'd stayed at earlier because I had an early start to get to the airport.
I really like this hotel. Very clean Rooms. Breakfast included. Free parking. Staff was very friendly. But I love to stay there again.
Pool side area should be more tidy. Same food every day for breakfast. Should be change in menu for some stuff.
