Disappointing shower experience
Pros:

The hotel room suite was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The following morning prior to our check-out, we ate breakfast which had a very good variety to eat from.

Cons:

What a disappointing experience. In the morning, when we awoke to use the shower in the bathroom, we discovered black colored sledge resembling "backed up sewer" wastewater had come up from the shower's drain and covered the majority of the shower stall's floor. We immediately phoned the hotel's front desk and requested building maintenance to attend, which he did and poured liquid draino down the shower's drain. I then phoned the hotel's front desk and inquired if we could use another room to shower as we had an airline flight to catch later in the morning. The hotel's front desk accommodated our request and the Hotel's General Manager was very pleasant & apologetic for their backed up sewer water in the bathroom shower, We left the hotel to the Kelowna airport and was contacted by the Hotel's General Manager later in the evening, who again was very apologetic but declined our request for a complimentary hotel room for our next trip back to Kelowna, as we paid full price for a defective bathroom in the Kelowna Comfort Suites. Needless to say, we won't recommend this hotel to any other travelers.

Pros:

The comfort suites motel in Kelowna are modern with superb lighting and tech ports. They have great breakfast choices in a clean big setting. The pool is for older children and adults. There's perhaps a small space by the stairs for toddlers. The hot tub is at a great temperature. It's nice there is a little hotel store for snacks right beside the front desk.
Beds and linens are superb and they have enough for eating in and enough areas for storage.

Cons:

All good.

Pros:

Staff were great! Suit was very clean. I'm picky about beds and pillows and cleanliness and this place ticked all the boxes. Very pleased. Pool was nice and so was the complimentary breakfast.

Good stay for a family, good room size and restaurants nearby
Pros:

Connected Room for family of 4. Breakfast was okay but chaotic at 8AM.

Cons:

Breakfast items were not getting refilled quickly even during the peak time.

Pros:

Not one real food item at breakfast, all cheap chemical food like products. Closest thing to real food was chemically processed breads and jam with yogurt. Carton eggs are not eggs at all, and no sausage should ever be a white colour... meat is never white, so that wasn't meat. Coffee may have made up for it but was basically just brown water.

Cons:

Better coffee and/or a cpl of real food items at breakfast. Even just a slightly better bread option or go back to using real eggs, can even be cheap ones, but just let them be real whole whipped up eggs.

Stay was great , and quite economical .
Pros:

Location is good and accessible.

Cons:

Housekeeping should be cleaning the room daily . That’s the only thing I disliked about the property . In a three night stay , they didn’t clean the room even once … they changed the towels on day 1 , but not on day 2 and 3 …
